  01/24/2025 When I arrived, a shuttle was waiting to go and held up so I could get on. On my return, I walked out of the terminal to the #2 pickup point and it wasn't 2 minutes before the driver pulled up (maybe just my luck). She was courteous and very friendly and got me back to my car within 15 minutes of getting of the plane. Could not ask for better service.

  01/09/2025 WallyPark Express is close to the airport. When we dropped off the car, there was a shuttle waiting to go to the terminal. When we arrived back at LAX, I called the number to arrange a shuttle back to the lot. Perhaps ten minutes later the shuttle arrived and we were back to the lot very quickly. We just used our receipt to scan in and out of the lot. It was very easy and efficient. Will definitely use again.

  12/17/2024 Check in was amazing, Parking was easy, Easy Self Check-in with QR Code, Shuttle was waiting in the parking lot and took us to the Airport immediately, with luggage assistance) But the pick-up from the airport was bad. It took the Wally Park Express Shuttle 45 minutes to arrive at our stop, as we watched all the other Shuttle companies pass us by multiple times, Even Wally Park Premium, (no luggage assistance) I would not book with this company ever again due to the wait time for pick-up.

  11/29/2024 Parking spaces are definitely wider than those in structures. It’s a simple outdoor parking without overhead cover. It would be nice if driver would be more helpful to get luggages moved when a passenger has more than 1 so no need to climb back up van to get the others,

  10/08/2024 When we parked our car, we had to ask for a shuttle multiple times and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes before a shuttle arrived at the parking lot to take us to the airport.

When we came back from our trip, I called and requested shuttle pick us up at terminal 6 and was told should be about 15 minute wait or less. After waiting for 25 minutes, I called and talked to someone who said it would be another 5 minutes. As I was talking to agent, a shuttle drove right by us without stopping and agent said it was probably full! We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. While we waited for 30+ minutes to get picked up, I saw ALL of the other shuttles driving by like every 5 minutes, so these wait times were unacceptable!

Thankfully the other Wally’s lot was kind enough to pick us up in his shuttle after waiting 25 minutes for the Wally’s Express bus. Must have watched 20 “Parking Spot” shuttles come by before this. Love to use you, but after 24 hours of travel, shuttle wait times are usually the most important aspect of travel.

Everything was professional and efficient.

No one mentioned that pick up would be on the departure level. We waited 15 minutes at arrivals until an airport employee told us to go upstairs to the departure area to catch our ride back to the parking lot. Otherwise, everything went well.
