Parking facility is very clean and ample spots. It is a little further than other shuttles I have taken. There was a major issue getting out of the lot as the id reader would not register and let cars exit. There was no one around and need up looking for 15 min to get a security guard to let us all out. Hopefully this was just a glitch. The shuttles do take longer to pick up/drop off as they don't have many running, so allow extra time, especially for a departure. Another shuttle and a few more TLC tweaks and I would definitely park here again.

I really love this place for parking! Not only is it the cheapest place to park with a free shuttle to LAX, but it also is a covered garage. I have parked there twice for trips this year. There are always plenty of places to park and the spaces are wide enough to accommodate my mid-size SUV with space to get out of the car without having to contort your body.

Shuttle does take a while, not clear in the paperwork which one to take. Had to ask other shuttle driver which one to look for. Maybe a picture of it on the shuttle waiting sign would be enough to clarify. Spaces were nice and wide and plenty available, so that was good!

Would use again. Shuttle quick to take us to airport, but took a little longer than other shuttles comparatively to take us back to the garage around 10:30 pm. I did have to call the number and ask what the shuttle would be called (South Bay) since it had a different name than the garage. It’s also not listed on the airport signs. Not a big deal. We were definitely crammed in and it was hot for the ride back to the garage around- although I get it. No one wants to wait for the shuttle to come back.

Most importantly, my car was safe, the garage seemed safe and clean, and it was affordable with reasonable wait times. The shuttle driver was very nice. My QR code did not read either entering or leaving, but they buzzed me through when I hit the call assistance button.

This lot is really convenient since it’s close to the airport. The only tricky part was finding the building—the “2222” address isn’t very obvious but it is that huge building that you can see from the picture. Also, it looks like they share parking services with other companies, and the shuttle is marked “Southbay” or “105 Parking,” which also stops at a couple of other lots. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I’ll definitely be using this location more often from now on.
