I missed my connection after being informed by the driver that he was going on a lunch break. I waited 18 minutes and arrived at the gate five minutes after boarding had closed. Otherwise, everyone was polite and helpful, especially on my return trip. There was apparently no relief driver available.
I would use this service again.

At first, I came across the valet service thinking I was paying for standard parking. Parking at a well-lit hotel turned out to be a much better experience than other parking options. The fee is more reasonable than many well-known garages, and the staff have been nothing but professional. I’ve used Sonesta LAX twice and will continue to use it.

Super easy to park. I was a little sceptic because of having to valet my car instead of self parking, but the process was super smooth, with no extra charges or anything. Strongly recommended.
