This was my first time parking my car outside the airport facility. I was initially very nervous at first not know the quality of service that Sunrise provided. This was a very good experience. They got us to the airport in a timely manner. Upon our return, I called them and they arrived within 10-minutes to pick us up. I was relieved that they were on-time. It was a good feeling knowing that they was doing their best to get us to and from the airport safely and efficiently. I would recommend using Sunrise parking again

Parked and shuttle was waiting for us. Took about 5 minutes to get to our terminal. When we returned to the airport, I called and they came in about 5 minutes. Best experience we have had with a long term parking facility.
I will use them next time without a doubt.

Attendent did not ask me if I had a resversation and I forgot to give him my paper (just landed on a redeye with 2 kids, very tired). Didn't realize it until I was already an hour away and over paid by almost $30. Should ask if people have resversations or not.

This is the first time I've parked here and it was a very good experience. None of the problems cited in some of the negative reviews occurred. Fast pickup on arrival, no problem with the online price, etc. It's very close to the airport too, which is helpful. Might be a little difficult to find if you don't know the airport well, but just getting online directions should make it easy.

Location: very close to the airport.
Very good service: the shuttle brought us immediatly to the airport and on the way back came 5min after our call to pick us up.
People are friendly and efficient.
Only drawback: this is an outdoor parking, so except some dirt on your car...

Very close and convient to airport. We had to wait for the driver to show up. Guess he was late for work, so we waited about 15 min. Came right away upon return. Drivers were nice and very helpful with bags. Still have an issue with what I was charged, I am trying to fix that, but overall not bad.

The whole experience was great EXCEPT that I had printed out the email reciept, and when I gave it to the guy at counter he said it was the wrong thing. After gentle arguing, and me pointing out several times that all the info was there ALONG WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER, he let me pay what I was supposed to pay. Don't know what the problem was, but I printed it out and did everything I was supposed to. Other than that, everything was great. Maybe just get that stuff together a little - have some way to reference the confirmation #, and to also have the clerks to be able to access how much has been prepaid so there are no arguments. I've seen other complaints describing this exact situation...

I made a reservation prior and when I arrived and was going to pay my reservation when I picked up my car the confirmation said 1 price and the attendent charge me 20.00 more and said reservation confirmation didn't do me anything and the the online reservation was a lie. And also it was very hard to locate the street number is hidden. I will never go back.
