More information needs to be included on the information sheet that’s available. When you pull in it says airport parking on 5th level but there was not a single spot available. We parked on the 4th level and concierge was okay with that. When you exit you need to check out with the concierge and that isn’t stated anywhere on the information sheet. Again, concierge rushed over and helped but it would have alleviated stress on both parking and exit to have more details on the printed sheet.

It was an overall good experience. We had to wait around 20min for the shuttle, and the shuttle got full very quick, so that some of the people had to stand in the bus. The staff was nice and helpful, parking lot very clean and no issues with coming in and exiting. We will book here again.
