What our customers say about Hilton LAX Parking

I've been using the Hilton LAX for airport parking for several years. Every time it's been 5 stars. Only on a rare occasion have I had to call to see what's going on with the shuttle.

Had no issues. Valet worked out great and had our car was waiting when we got dropped off from shuttle. Had maybe 15 min wait after deplaning for shuttle.

Great experience with Hilton LAX. Lots of spaces to pick from. Easy in and out.

Shuttle was waiting for us on the outbound and picked us within 15 min of our arrival, so no need to call them. Would do it again.

Parking here at the Hilton seems to be pretty easy they have a shuttle bus every 15 minutes at the airport.

- Westlake Village

Had to wait about 15 minutes for shuttle to airport, but happened to get to pickup location on return at just the right time, so no waiting on return.

Our driver, Destiny, was amazing, very friendly, courteous and helpful. Valet service was great.

- Long Beach, CA

This parking facility is our favorite. It is convenient and safe. The shuttle runs on a timely schedule and the personnel is helpful and pleasant. We will always use this parking option when traveling in and out of LAX.

Getting to the location, parking, and then receiving a shuttle to the LAX site was easy and convenient. I would rate this experience higher if the wait time wasn't so long to go from the LAX station back to the shuttle. We had to wait two hours for a shuttle. I am not sure why the wait was so long, but the shuttle car took a very long this time. I will try again with this location and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Amazing! Had a tire going flat when dropping off and they totally accomadated us. Took care of flat when back from Vacay.. They left car accessible... Did not wait longer than 5 minutes for pick up or drop off. Got help with bags. I will always park here from now on. To top off it is a safe and secure location with beautiful lobby!

Parking at the Hilton has some benefits vs. a parking only facility. However, the wait time for the shuttle is very long (45 minutes last night). We watched the Marriott, Hyatt, Courtyard and Residence Inn shuttles pass 3-4 times each before the Hilton shuttle arrived. So, it is not a traffic issue. For this reason, I will probably switch to another facility.

I have utilized the valet covered parking several times now. It is such a seamless experience and I have never had a problem. I will definitely be back!

Hilton LAX Parking was very good except we had a long wait for transportation on our return at 11 pm. Apart from that all is very good.

Horrible shuttle wait times - both ways.

Weston had at least two shuttle go by while I waited. If you are at UAL you will see "Express" or "Full" go by and you wait even longer.

Now, for a bigger insult - the automatic system charged me more than my reservation.

Too poor a service to be treated like this so often as I "used" to be frequent user of the indoor garage.

The Hilton shuttle has the slowest pickup. I stood and waited approx 25 minutes watching Marriott, Westin, Sheraton come by twice before Hilton arrived. There were so many waiting at the hotel for shuttle to airport. I will park at the Marriott in the future.

They changed shuttle waiting spot for two times during my wait. Another customer just gave up shuttle and took a taxi instead. The hotel stuff had no idea what they were doing. In the end, I waited for 36 mins and finally got on a shuttle. Everything else was good.

Love it and close to airport. I will be back

In the past there has been a really long wait for the shuttle to arrive at the airport for pick up, one time as much as 40 minutes. This time the shuttle was there in 10 minutes, my car was waiting for me, there was absolutely no delay in taking our money at the cashiers desk - but to then find a valet to give me the keys to my car took over 10 minutes. No one was available.

I've parked at the Hilton many times, but this time I had to wait for the shuttle for 35 minutes after coming in late from a long flight. I called twice and was told there was traffic, but other shuttles came by two to three times repeatedly. Then a driver passed me by without even stopping. Finally, Hilton arranged for a Marriot driver to take me to get my car after dropping off his own passengers.

We waited about 45 minutes for a shuttle that had standing room only. I had valet parked, and I texted my claim ticket number at 21:31, didn't have my car until 22:45. Unacceptable.

- Camarillo

The wait time at the airport pick-up point seems to get longer and longer.

The wait times at both the hotel and at the airport were very short.. less than 10 minutes! A great improvement!

- Fullerton, CA

The Hilton shuttle service has declined. Upon arrival, there was a long line waiting for the shuttle with no shuttles arriving. We managed to grab a cab which enabled us to just make our flight. Upon our return, we were lucky enough to catch a shuttle immediately but this was at 11:00 PM. I have been using this lot for the past five to six years, but may have to change it because of the lengthy waiting time.

Will definitely use them again, superb service.

- Whittier, CA

I have been parking at the Hilton LAX for the past 4 years and have not had any issues. It is underground covered parking and it is well lit and very busy with people coming and going at all times. Parking is very convenient and the shuttles run continuously, both to and from the airport. All of the staff at the Hilton LAX are friendly and professional.

The wait time for the shuttle from the airport to the parking facility was a little long.

- El Paso, TX

My criticism of the shuttle wait time may be the product of my impatience, i.e. the desire to get on the road. Nevertheless, it was enough to still stick in my mind.

The waitting times from airport to hotel usually take 20 minis.

Very good service overall. Wait times for the blue shuttles have wide discrepancy especially at LAX. Wish you could depend on set times throughout each hour.

Staff was excellent! We arrived late afternoon from our Huston trip and asking staff how the traffic was on 405 North he checked and informed me it was slow and bumper to bumper due to the time. They returned my car to the parking garage for us, my wife and I had dinner at the Hilton and then returned where our car was waiting. Traffic was much lighter for a safer trip home. Great job and will recommend to other family and friends.

While the Hilton hotel and garage is very clean, well lit and safe, the Shuttle Operator they contract with is extremely unpredictable. Yesterday, returning at LAX I waited 35 minutes for the shuttle bus. I'm canceling all my future reservations today.

The Airport Center shuttle came by 5 times while I was waiting for the Hilton LAX bus.

20 minute wait for shuttle departing at 7am.

Watched 8 shuttles pass us at terminal 7 before finally stopping an hour and a half later...
