We had a flat tire when we returned from a two week vacation. The staff was very helpful. They brought out a portable pump and used it to inflate our tire, so we were able to make our 100 mile drive home. They saved our day.

I've used them two times. Both times excellent service. The place looks like it's been patched together with masking tape, but the people there are reliable and price is reasonable.

Very easy access to the parking, shuttle driver was waiting and ready to go upon our arrival (in the past we have waited up to 10 minutes but this time, we got right on the shuttle and headed to the airport). Easy drop off. Pick up was simple, too - driver arrived almost as soon as we made our way to the pick up location at Terminal C. Both drivers very courteous and friendly. Simple and reasonably priced - we will park here again. Thank you for a great experience!

I've parked here a bunch of times now. I keep going back because they're inexpensive, their employees are courteous and professional, I've never had a shuttle wait more than ten minutes (although I don't think it's wise to rely on such a slim wait time with this or any airport parking company), and my car's always ready to go when I get back to the lot.

In the past 12 months, I have parked here 3 times and it’s been pretty smooth when it comes to dropping off vehicle and getting to the airport quickly. I have also recommended this lot to family and friends and they have no complaints. I do however find that the office/reception area is not very well lit and in bad shape. The door is also not opening properly so it takes a few minutes for someone to come and open the door. None of these things mentioned take away from good reliable service and the prices are so reasonable that I would definitely go back again. Thank you!!!

The lot was easy to find and the check in process was smooth. Shuttle to and from the airport was fast with almost no wait time. All in all, I highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely no wait time. After a very long flight, We walked out after picking up baggage and the van was there. They had pulled our car up to the front and helped us put it into the back. Great experience.

Overall a positive experience, but I got hit with a $20 additional fee for getting there an hour or so past estimated time. Ridiculous. Make sure you estimate on the long side, so you have plenty of time.

Facility was easy to find and drop off was pretty seamless. I had to wait a bit for a shuttle which was a bit stressful because I had hit traffic on my way and was running late for my flight. And depending on how many other people are in your shuttle you might have to drive to other terminals first before your drop off so just good to build in extra time.

Upon my return when I called to order a shuttle person that picked up was very abrupt and didn’t give me great instructions on where to go, I had to call a few times to clarify and get an ETA. I waited 20 minutes for a pick up, which was fine but if you’re in a rush it’s important to know, and again you may stop at other terminals before heading back to the lot. My shuttle driver was but very friendly.

Overall service was sufficient and my car was safe so I would use again but it wasn’t a five star glamorous experience. And wait times are unpredictable.

Only problem was finding exactly where to meet the driver at airport. Didn't understand we had to cross roads twice to find pick up spot. Will know next time. Only had couple minutes wait to get shuttle when we went to airport.
