The area surrounding the facility is not very appealing, which initially made us hesitant. It appears this is reflected in the lower pricing compared to other options. Upon arrival, the setup was different from what we expected and felt unconventional. However, the staff at the garage were very friendly and professional. The car was parked in a secured, enclosed lot. The shuttle driver was also courteous and efficient, taking us to EWR in about five minutes. Upon return, after calling as instructed, pickup was prompt. The driver assisted with loading and unloading luggage, and the process was smooth.

While the shuttle vehicle itself could be upgraded, the service was reliable, and our car was returned without any issues. Overall, despite the location and basic facilities, the service was dependable and well priced. We would consider using this parking option again.

Close to Airport, quick pickup and drop off times. Shuttle was dirty, and engine was running rough on the vehicle. Neighborhood is sketchy. No signage on property at all. But I would use again!

The lot is about five minutes away in a questionable neighborhood but very secure. They have a shuttle van on site that took us within five minutes of our arrival and we just had to call them when we arrived at Newark and they picked us up within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and the price was the best around.

Can only fit small cars, charges double the amount for a small SUV which was not communicated when making the reservation. Not a great area of town.
Car seemed secure in the lot.
