The hotel is off of I-9, on Spring Street service road. If you are driving south towards the airport on I-9, stay to your right and you can easily merge onto Spring Street from the highway. You can easily veer onto Spring Street just after the McClellan Street exit. The entrance to the hotel will be to your right after the Holiday Inn Express, it is hard to miss.

Everything went well for us. However, I’m concerned about the security of the lot. Anyone can easily walk in off the street. We didn’t see any kind of security where you parked. The car next to us had a window broken and was vandalized 😣

Great place to park. Easy in and out, lot safe and secure. Do not have a long walk from your parking area to the shuttle. Only wish that had one more shuttle van on busy days. Staff at front desk were great!! Excellent value for the price you pay. Will park here again!!

Great location with plenty of spots. My QR code didn't scan, but the front desk worked it out no problem. Shuttle is every thirty minutes. We will park here again.

Per the written email instructions you just need to scan and go. We had to go back into the building causing everyone behind us to have to back up so the front desk could validate a pass so we could exit.

Exceptionally positive experience. All staff connected with the hotel and shuttle were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The parking lot seemed secure, and although it was extremely full, I was able to find a spot without much trouble. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle either going to or coming from the airport. The phone number for the shuttle worked and my call was promptly answered. Great value for money overall. One note: The QR code didn't work for me when I was trying to get into the parking lot, but I took a ticket and then handed it in at the counter. No problems.

I lost my parking ticket almost immediately after parking (still don't know where it could have gone). The valets couldn't have been more helpful. No problem checking in and out. Definitely will continue to park here, as we have for several years now.

Overall a good value, but walk to pickup area for Airtrain was long (15 min), then wait for shuttle was about 20 min. Parking spots are narrow and lot needs some repaving.
