I have used your services several times before and was satisfied and kept coming back. Changing locations is not easy but more attention could have been made to inform the customer of the new location. My GPS still took me to the old location and I would have made different plans had I known. The wait time for pick up also seemed longer than in the past. The shuttle driver waited for me to check in (because I was running late due to the change) which I greatly appreciated. The price remains reasonable and my car was returned in good condition and ready for me.

I like that the parking lot has gated access with another layer of security. The only downside to this company is that they do valet your vehicle. You park & retrieve it yourself. It’s less expensive than other lots though so that’s the trade off.

Using this service was very easy and affordable. No real wait times was great. Arrived very early in the morning and did not appreciate being told to go to Level 3 Door 6 when the driver was at Door 8. I had to run down there to see if he was there for us and he insisted he was at the right door when I was told Door 6.
