I have parked here several times and have always been very pleased. The only reason I down graded the shuttle experience was due to there phones being out of order. I was able to alert them that I was waiting for the shuttle via a text. It took only 3-4 minutes from the time I sent the text to the arrival of the van. I will definitely use them again.
  


Being a frequent (almost weekly) traveler I have parked at almost all parking lots around the Newark airport and can confidently say that while EWR Parking/Premier Parking is the worst, Value Parking is the best. Excellent PROFESSIONAL parking service on all counts. The parking rates are slightly higher than the competition but hopefully they can work with regular customers on the rates. Great service try it you wont be disappointed!

Value Parking is just that: value parking. A good, safe place for our car at a very reasonable rate. The service was excellent. The pick-up at the airport was just a few minutes, and our car was open, near the exit, and ready to go the moment we arrived at the Value Parking facility.
