The shuttle wait time for a shuttle for the ride to the airport was under 15 minutes. The ride itself took about 5 minutes (we left for the airport around 7 am).
The was no wait at all for the shuttle to return ride to the parking lot. We hit it just right. However, it was rush hour when we arrived back in Newark. So it took about 15 minutes to get to Motel 6.
They pulled our car up without delay.
I would definitely use Motel 6 parking again. The service was faster than parking at long-term airport parking and much less expensive.
The personnel were all helpful and polite, and the shuttle was clean and well-maintained.

The arrival was terrible and finished with a 90 minute wait for the shuttle after 4 calls and useless promises and excuses.
Disgustingly incompetent.
