The parking lot is located on Frelinghuysen Avenue, a few minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport. If you are taking the highway, the easiest way to arrive at the lot is via the Frelinghuysen Avenue and Empire Street exit on US-22. Once off the exit make a left and head south on Frelinghuysen Avenue and the parking lot is approximately half a mile ahead on your left.

The only good things I can say is that my car was not vandalized while I was away, plus a shuttle driver was waiting when we parked at 3am on departure.

The return trip was abysmal. The shuttle never showed up at Newark Airport. We gave up waiting after 50 minutes and called Uber. At the parking lot, the gate reader was defective and would not scan my reservation. The phone number listed for emergency problems produced zero result. No one there. I resorted to trying to manually lift the gate in order to escape this hellhole. A security guard came over, and was able to telephone someone actually awake at Pink Elephant. Eventually we were able to escape, never to return.

Great service, people were willing to help both dropping off and returning even though it was a "park your own" lot. Shuttle drivers were great and the time schedule was spot on. Will definitely use again.

No problems with scanning in. Security was reassuring. Shuttle from lot every half hour, so plan ahead. When we got back the shuttle was waiting at the terminal, which was great.
