I arrived at 9:30 pm and it was very cold when I picked up my vehicle. All 3 personnel - shuttle driver, car retriever and cashier - were cold too, I’m sure. I appreciated how polite and thoughtful they were: I will use this location again.

MasterPark Lot A is in the Ramada Inn and the pull in/pull out space is limited. You can get blocked behind other cars waiting to leave, but it generally opens up pretty quickly.

The service staff were friendly and quick.

Very impressed with our CheapAirportParking/Masterpark parking and shuttle experience overall. Was also quite impressed with the positive customer service attitude of all Masterpark personnel encountered, especially the young man overseeing Lot A in the late evening hours. Left my cellphone exposed upon departure. Called as soon as practical and he assured that it was safely secured in my glovebox until our return. He also had our car waiting for us when we departed the shuttle bus upon that return. Quite impressive! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend same to all whom might ask me about SEATAC airport parking.

A little bit of a wait for pick up at the airport, but otherwise a great experience. Car was waiting out front as promised. I called when I picked up my luggage. Other lots I have used have always waited until I arrived at the lot to retrieve my car even though I call every time.
