This was the third time I used CAP.org at the Hilton Conference Center near Sea-Tac Airport. We keep coming back because it works so well.

They provide indoor parking at about half the cost of airport parking. They have never hesitated in honoring their agreements.

Their shuttle is fine, but you can also reach the airport by walking to the nearby Seattle light rail station, which has an elevator and a bridge across the busy street. From there, it's a short walk into the airport terminal, as fast or faster than taking the shuttle.

It was our first time parking at the Hilton. I wanted a covered parking garage not far from the airport. Booking in advance gave us a reasonable price after another company kept increasing prices as I checked several times a month in advance (very shady). I love that it’s covered parking.

The garage is behind the hotel, so it’s away from the main road. It was a bit of a walk, but it can be reached from inside the hotel to avoid bad weather. The hotel lobby wasn’t bad, and you have access to the restroom, which was a plus. The staff were nice and helpful.
My biggest gripes are:
– The walk from the garage to the lobby where the shuttle picks up and drops off (it’s best to drop off your party with luggage at the lobby and have one person park the car).
– The frequency of the shuttle — every 20 minutes to the airport and every 30 minutes from SEA — which is not as convenient as other lots that pick you up and drop you off right where you park, so you don’t have to carry your belongings far.

Overall, I like that my car remained in the same condition as I left it, so I can put up with the inconveniences listed above. I’m hoping to never have to fly out of SEA again, but if we do, I would definitely return to the Hilton.

They have a security vehicle parked outside as a deterrent, but the parking lot itself is a bit dark and sketchy-looking. I parked for over a week with no issues. I walked from the airport to retrieve my car, and it only took about 10–15 minutes, including getting an exit ticket from the front desk.

The price was decent, as it was booked through cheapairportparking.org. When I inserted the original ticket to exit, the normal price was double the price from cheapairportparking.org. I would definitely book them through CAP again for the price and the convenient location. I wish they would step up on security, though. I’ve seen some comments saying their vehicle was broken into. I took my chances, and it was worth it.

This was my first time using this service. Shortly before I left on my trip, I was unable to find my contract on CAP's website. I had my copy of the contract, so I still parked at the hotel where I contracted.

Upon returning from my trip, I was nervous about whether the hotel where I parked would honor the contract with CheapAirportParking.

It turned out my fears were unfounded. The hotel personnel immediately recognized my copy of the contract and validated my exit.

Parking cost half of what it would have cost in the airport parking garage, i.e. about $150 instead of $350.

Great location - competitive pricing. Shuttle can get crowded and that can mean having to waiting for an additional 20 to 40 minutes. Now that we know the score, we'll be able to anticipate how to work the system to our advantage.

Best covered parking in terms of value and convenience. Other than the long walk from parking to the Hilton van pickup area, I have no complaints. Have used a few times before and will use again.

We use the Hilton because we can catch the sky bridge and walk to the airport. It’s always more expensive than the competition, so that’s my only negative comment. We don’t use the shuttle cause it’s always to crowded and have to wait instead of walking. Overall great experience.

Our go-to parking location for SEATAC parking going forward. Effortless walk to the terminal from parking mostly under cover, if you don’t want to use the shuttle. We shuttled on the outbound and walked back to the car on the return. Covered parking garage.

The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk to the airport terminal, which I did after dropping off my family at the terminal. The Hilton personnel was kind and professional (not suprised) and the indoor parking facility looked clean and secure. The shuttle driver on the return was very nice and cordial and he quickly provided us the necessary information to exit the gated parking lot. I was very impressed with the price. Will definitely use this facility next time.
