Making the reservation was easy, and the location was perfect, as we stayed at the hotel where we parked long term. The staff was helpful and informative. Of course, we were delighted that our car was right where we left it ten days ago! Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle could not accommodate us, as we needed wheelchair accessible transport. The stairs were just too much for the person to get to a sear. A ramp and a place for a wheelchair would have solved the problem. However, hotel staff gave us the number for an accessible taxi and it was all good.

Booking was easy. Garage was safe and convenient. Shuttle is easy to use and driver was very responsive when we called for a ride back from the airport. Cost was cheaper than airport garage.

I use this place once a month. I like it because it’s easier to get a shuttle here than with the others. The other parking spots, sometimes the shuttle will come by and it’s full, making us wait until the next shuttle arrives. It’s a little bit more expensive than the other places to park, but I think it’s worth it.

The location is close enough to the airport to make it feasible to get to and from SeaTac. I really appreciated the EV charging unit and would suggest that you add another unit or two as increased demand is a factor. I think that the front desk staff is great. I also appreciate the indoor space for extended parking.

1. The shuttle drivers don't have much personality and didn't make any effort to help with luggage or boarding the shuttle.

2. The combination of every half hour pick ups and 'call for service' is good, but I would like to have a clear idea of actual pick up time.

I paid a premium to use this facility (one of the more expensive locations). Improving in these two areas would confirm that I'm getting good value for my expense.
