I parked at Star Parking for the first time this past week. I wasn't sure where to pick up the shuttle, so started walking toward the public bus station. A sign for Star Parking gave clear instructions and a phone number to call to let them know I was ready for shuttle pickup to bring me to the airport. The driver arrived in about 5 minutes, and was a very pleasant company. I was given a paper with my parking space number, and the phone number to text or call when I got back from my trip. It listed the locations where I could meet the shuttle. Pickup was busier, and it was about 20 minutes waiting at the hotel and parking shuttle area. This driver was again helpful and courteous, even with a FULL shuttle bus. It was smooth. I placed a call to the lot attendant to let them know I rebooked my flight for later that same day, and they answered the phone promptly, found my reservation, and let me know that the daily rate included the extra hours. Being able to reach someone, and knowing that the gated lot has a shuttle driving through frequently and a camera visible to the person on the phone, was very reassuring. I felt I was safe and my car was safe, even at the late hour that my flight came in. Thank you for great service! My only regret is that I didn't have cash to tip the first driver, who was SO pleasant. It was a great experience and was $98 including tax nstead of $300 plus taxes at the airport.
