Overall a great experience and I will remember this if/when I fly again. My only critique would be that the van that picked us up, while the driver was courteous and helpful, the van itself had bad wipers and a headlight out. Not the safest combo when it is raining at night.

Used MasterPark Lot C recently and was very pleased with our experience. Arrival experience was seamless. Upon return, we were picked up promptly at the airport and delivered to parking location. CheapAirportParking saved over $45.00! The whole experience was easy, convenient and seamless. The location was close to the airport and easy to find. We parked at the entrance, left our keys and immediately got on the shuttle to SeaTac. On our return we waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle, the showed our prepaid receipt at the office and got into our waiting car.

Pleasantly surprised! No wait upon arrival at the parking lot and no wait upon arrival at the airport. However, we were uncertain how to access our vehicle which was parked quite a distance away from check-in... much too far to walk with or without suitcases. There was no one in the office to assist us and a passing employee kicked in to drive us to our vehicle. Also, it would be helpful if there were large signage to inform us about how to park, exit and scan our receipt upon leaving, etc. All in all, we were quite pleased and would use MasterPark again.

Easy to get to and from Lot C, secure parking, friendly staff, did not have to wait for shuttle more than a couple minutes. I paid online in advance and everything went smoothly.

I have lived in Seattle for over 25 years, but strangely, I have never used the long-term parking options. However, I was absolutely surprised and impressed. Process is super convenient.

I booked on-line, paid, all was set for the trip. Shuttles were fast, both coming and going. The staff was excellent. My car was ready and waiting when I arrived at the counter for pick up. All was excellent.

Needless to say, I will be doing this again in the future!

This was our first experience with using MasterPark in general. This was a wonderful experience. The service at the Lot was friendly, shuttle was available quickly and we thuroughly enjoyed having our car pulled up to the office when we returned from our vacation. Plus it was parked under cover. The staff inside was friendly as well.

The location of Lot C is great as well. The shuttle ride was only about 5 minutes.
