Only issue I had was when leaving the lot after my trip. Couldn’t find the receipt that I got going in so that created some confusion. Please stress to your forgetful clients to put that receipt in an obvious place. Thanks

This was my first time leaving my car in an extended parking lot and for the most part it went very well. When I got there at 3:30 am I had no idea what to do so being I paid already I scanned my barcode then drove through. There was someone in the small building so I stopped to ask what do I do now? But she never came out and just motioned for me to keep going. As I moved forward a shuttle was right behind me. But I still didn’t know what to do so I stopped and got out to ask the driver. He told me to just find a spot and park. After that it went well. The only real negative I have is the spots are very small and it’s hard to get your big suitcase out without hitting the car next to you. When I got back I was even more confused because the number it says to text to get picked up didn’t work, but I got lucky and a shuttle happened to be driving by so I waived him down and he picked me up. He asked for my card and I didn’t have one. He showed me what it was. The driver that took me to the airport was supposed to give me a business card with the number I parked at, but he didn’t give me anything. But I remembered where I parked so it wasn’t a big deal. All and all it was a great place to park. It’s pricey but to keep from having to bother people, I just paid to leave my car here for two weeks. I would do it again. And now that I know what to do it will make it even better.

Get on top of your airport parking with Top Spot!

Traveling tends to be nerve wracking with the timing of arriving at the airport, parking, getting shuttled to the terminal and getting through TSA before finally being able to relax.

Using Top Spot parking for the first time, I had my concerns about the lot and of course the timing of the shuttle to get me to the terminal.

Fortunately, the lot is huge, well lit and the aisles nice and wide, making parking a breeze.

As soon as I removed my luggage from my vehicle, the shuttle pulled up. He assisted me with my luggage and helped the other family on board and off we went to the terminal. The ride was less than eight minutes.

On my return, the shuttle wait time was perhaps ten minutes from the time I called. Again the driver assisted me with my luggage.

The most excellent service from Top Spot! I shall be using them for my future travels. The price is also a bonus.

Thank you Top Spot for such easy parking and transfers.

We had prepaid so could use the QR code for getting in and then leaving. My only somewhat minor issue was that I think we might have been 30 minutes later than planned getting back from a flight to the Middle East and we were charged for another full day. But the price per day was reasonable so not really upsetting.

I had trouble finding the lot. There was no link for directions and one of the two phone numbers listed was wrong. When I finally got someone at the lot on the phone he was exceedingly kind and stayed with me until I got there. Pickup at the airport upon return was quick and easy!
Will use Top Spot again in the future but will book directly with them.

Super easy to book and to make changes to the booking. The shuttle is willing to run you to the airport regardless of how many people are on the shuttle so I had no wait time. Only issue I ran into was when I called to have shuttle pick up I was told they would let the driver know but when he drove by I had to catch him because he was not told and was only there to pick up others. Thankfully it all worked out and the wait time then wasn't too long. They drop right at your car so quick and easy to be on your way.

The shuttle was pretty quick for drop off and pick-up. They were easily marked and instructions for pick-up at the airport were clear. The driver for the drop off to the airport (2/15 at 7:30am) was extremely friendly and helpful. It was easy for us to find a spot despite the lot being very full. I would use them again.

I was under the impression that the shuttle would pick me up and drop me off at or close to my car. I arrived early and had to pull my carry-on up a hill. I was parked in S row because their was no row closer to the top. I pulled the carry-on over gravel up a incline for about a few blocks. I'm glad it wasn't raining. I would warn others that you are not picking up or dropping off the person and luggage close to their car (would be difficult for an elderly person). Everything else went well.

Easy to find, prompt shuttle, helpful staff. Reasonable pricing. I had this experience: when I arrived at SeaTac at 10:30pm, I jumped in the Wally Park shuttle that was pulling up to the curb. Turns out it was not going to my car’s location! But the nice driver went out of his way to help me find the correct lot and even to the exact spot I was parked. I will use them again.

I would have rated this much higher because our experience on the way to the airport was smooth. On the way back, however, we waited for nearly an hour to get a shuttle back to the lot. We texted twice and called once. The only shuttles we saw were for the garage and finally a self park shuttle arrived 50 minutes later. Absurd. We will probably go with MasterPark or Jiffy next time.

My wife has a disability, so sometimes she can’t walk very well. The staff was very supportive and helpful. They shuttled us to the front door of our airline. I can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to help us. Once again, I want to thank the Wally Park staff. We will be back again.
