What our customers say about Doubletree Seattle Airport

Very well organized and operates efficiently. Easy and reliable for travelers. One suggestion for improvement—the Doubletree front desk staff doesn’t seem uniformly familiar with the procedure. There is no staffing at check-out to review the parking agreement.

There was no parking attendant on duty, and no way to enter my confirmation code. Took forever to get out of parking lot. Will not use CheapAirportParking again.

I've used this parking service at the Doubletree Hotel several times and it is the best of the 3-4 I've used. It also happens to be the cheapest Seatac parking option in most cases. Dropping the car off at a hotel is nice compared to a crowded off-site parking lot. The shuttles are nice and the wait isn't bad. The hotel is in a convenient location just 5 minutes from the airport.

The driver started driving before my wife was seated and she ended up tumbling into another person. That was not only dangerous but extremely inconsiderate. The van was over-crowded as well. All in all, the shuttle experience was the only weak point in the process. Although clearer instruction regarding what to do in case there is no one in the toll booth would have been helpful. I had to park the car and go into the office to get my ticket validated, which didn't work.

Upon arrival to the self parking - the parking lot was almost full, not that many empty slots - drove around twice in order to find a slot. Long walk around the hotel in parking lot to get to the front for shuttle - doors locked to walk through hotel. Got my work out in and heart pumping that is for sure. Not a great first impression.

Drop off was easy, luckily found a place to park. I did wait approx 20 mins for the shuttle to the airport.

Pick up was no hassle, didn't have to wait in line as much, front desk validated ticket and I was on my way. (Didn't need a second ticket), I liked that.

It’s worth it just for the warm cookie, love this place!

Shuttle runs every half hour from the hotel, so very little wait time. Close to the airport and check out was fast and easy, as long as you present your receipt and the original parking ticket at the hotel front desk. Shuttle drivers were friendly and loaded the luggage for us. A very positive experience.

This has always been a great place to park when I fly out of SeaTac. Convenient location to the freeway and airport.

Shuttles seem to take forever.

Biggest issue is getting validated when it’s time to leave. Usually there is no one but the single desk clerk to validate the exit card and there is almost always a long line at the check in desk. This hotel is understaffed.

As long as you validate your ticket before you try to leave, it is very easy to get in and out of the parking area. They do that at the front desk.

Front desk never asked me a confirmation or proof of prepaid receipt as we tried to park the car and told me to just pick up the car as we came back from vacation. I told her a few times that I prepaid this parking already with confirmation on my hand, but she didn’t even ask me to verify who I am nor the confirmation. We were given no such instructions to come to front desk to validate the ticket or show the proof of prepaid confirmation upon first asked the front desk how to park our car.

This front desk female clerk didn’t seem to know how this whole thing works. My husband had to run back and forth between the parking area which is far far away from the front lobby and the front desk after a red eye flight back from Hawaii. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all at the very end of lovely vacation.

I’d strongly suggest to improve a communication between hotel’s front desk and the parking team.
