Everything was great until it was time to leave. There were cars parked down the middle of the isles, making it really difficult to maneuver my vehicle out of the spot. I was almost blocked in, but had to make a 7-point turn to get out. If the garage is full, then it’s FULL. Don’t park in front of my vehicle.

The overall experience was pretty good, but there were a few minor frustrations that kept it from being a great experience. When I booked, I didn't get any instructions, just a confirmation email with an address. It would have been helpful to know when/how often shuttles depart for the airport.

When we arrived at the address, we were told we got the last and were lucky we didn't have to go to the "other lot". This is despite making reservations ahead of time. There was not indication on the website or in the email that this was a possibility. We would have arrived even earlier if we knew we may have to drive to a second location.

When we returned from our trip we went to the pickup location to wait for a shuttle. When we boarded the shuttle the driver asked if we had called for a shuttle. We did not, but it wasn't a problem. It did make me wish we had received better instructions for returning. As a result, a family with children had to wait in the cold because our shuttle was full of people that did not call ahead.

Finally, as we were leaving the garage (we were parked on the very top) there were way too many cars parked in the garage, not in parking spots, just anywhere they would fit. There were cars parked next to stairwells, at the end of rows, along the walls. It created one lane for cars entering and exiting and made it stressful to maneuver.

My driver Karamokot Dicoh was fabulous and helped me with my car. Brushed all the snow off and made sure it was okay to drive. He was the nicest guy you should give him a raise!
