I am thankful for the convenience and safety of my car at the location. I felt safe with leaving it on the lot while I was away. The shuttle was also immediately available as we parked so we were able to get right off to the airport with no issues. The driver helped us load our bags when he picked us up, and then helped us unload them as he dropped us off at the terminal. The driver was helpful and courteous.

On the return we waited for pick up for quite a bit even after we were informed that the driver was on his way. The driver did not get out of his seat to assist with luggage. The driver did ask, but more in the tone of unexpectedness. I say that because he didn't even budge when he stopped to pick up or when he stopped to drop us off at our car.

Check in with a QR code was quick, and the shuttle to the airport was immediately available. The return shuttle was also timely, a wait of only about 10 minutes. After several uses of Jiffy, I’m confident that our car is safe and secure.

We barely got parked and the bus was there to take us to the airport! On our return, we called and waited less than 5 minutes when they were there to take us back to our car! Super impressed and will use them every time we fly. I don't know how anyone has given them negative ratings.

The parking and speed of shuttle pickup was good. The trip to the airport had some issues. The shuttle could not exit the lot because of a system outage. When the shuttle finally got out, the driver drove extremely aggressive and swore constantly at other drivers. However, the shuttle back from the airport was pleasant due to a different driver. So the experience will be hit or miss, but I would use them again.

I thought the entire process was great from the online booking to parking pickup and dropoff. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. The online daily parking rate was the best I found on line.

This is my "go to" place when flying out of SeaTac. It is safe, convenient, clean, easy in and out. I feel with so many to choose from I still choose this location every time as they are consistently great all the time. The only downfall is everyone is finding out about it and it has been very full the last few times, take a small car to park if that is an option and you can find a closer spot!
