When booking off-site parking, you don't expect the process to go faster than planned, but this place exceeded our expectations. Registering the car (you have to go into the hotel) took maybe two minutes. Parking the car and getting to the shuttle took about three. The ride to the airport was less than 10 minutes. On our return, the experience was just as smooth. Check-out is curbside, and we were on our way to the car in under a minute. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had no idea this parking service existed. It’s less than 10 minutes from the terminal. Sonesta Atlanta Airport North has a large lot dedicated to airport parking. It’s gated and monitored. The hotel staff working the check-in were super friendly and helpful.

The shuttle bus to the airport has a large storage area in the back for luggage. I was traveling with a large bike box to protect my triathlon bike, so I was happy to see I didn’t have to wait for a relatively empty shuttle to fit all my gear. The driver was prompt, loaded the luggage, and didn’t spend 10 minutes chatting everyone's ear off. He got right down to business. He was also playing Michael Jackson on the radio. 10 out of 10.

Previously, I used a shuttle service from Columbus, GA, when flying, but I will definitely use this service from now on because the price is much lower, and it’s super close to the airport.

The parking lot at Sonesta is pretty close to the domestic terminal, and the shuttle service was satisfactory. They run every 30 minutes and seem to be on time for the most part. There is a gate at this parking lot so I feel relatively safe. My car remained untouched during my parking time here. The staff are helpful. Thank you!

I was impressed with the entire process. From booking to dropping off my vehicle, the staff was super helpful. The shuttle was on time, and the driver was helpful in loading and unloading my suitcases.

Greater than the airport parking. I get there, and wait about 15 minutes, then hop on the shuttle that taking me right to the airport. Stress free and much cheaper than airport parking.
However, there are two Sonesta, Sonesta North and Sonesta South. Make sure don’t hop to the wrong shuttle.

Parking and shuttle service were great and very affordable. My only issue as a first time customer I was confused when I arrived as to how to get past the security gate to enter the parking as I had nothing to scan. Also when I attempted to leave and I had nothing to scan as well. The hotel staff was helpful and explained I needed him to validate a ticket to show I had prepaid so that I could exit the parking lot. Either having these instructions as part on the reservation email or include on the confirmation email a QR code that I could scan to enter and exit the parking lot would be helpful.

Using Sonesta Hotel long term parking for Atlanta airport was easy and inexpensive. The parking lot is secure and the shuttle ran on time. It is the only place I will park my car when flying out of Atlanta. It is a ten minute shuttle to the airport.

This was my first experience using CheapAirportParking. Experience to the airport was fine, except I was initially concerned as there was very limited parking when I arrived. Actually only found 2 available spots and saw a number of cars just parked in random unmarked areas. Upon arrival back into Atlanta, finding the location of where to find the shuttle was confusing. It would help to provide additional information indicating the physical shuttle pick-up which is located outside the West parking terminal, inside pick-up zones 9 - 13. Just indicating it's in zone 2 is confusing. I know where to go now, but as a first time experience it wasn't exactly obvious with the provided location pickup information.

We have used this place twice. Never an issue. The only thing worth mentioning is because of our late arrival, there was no parking lot driver available to drive us from the main building to our car in the parking lot (the parking lot driver got there late, way after my wife already started walking into the parking lot looking for our car).
