We waited a bit to drop the car off, but the pick up was ridiculous. 20 minutes after giving our claim ticket to the attendant, we had to go and ask about our car and found out they couldn’t find our car b/c they had not properly tagged my keys. It took at least 30 minutes to pick up the car due to their mismanagement of my keys. One Door Dash delivery person made 2 different deliveries while we waited and commented on how poor the service was!

Home2 Suites is located off the GWCC / ATL West Parking stop on the Rental Car Tram. It is a short walk. The attendants at the hotel are always on point. Most time from the time I drop my truck, take the tram to the terminals I am at Security Lines in less than 15 minutes. On my return, I texted the hotel when I leave the plane and my truck is waiting when I get there. Great service.
