Parking lot needs to be redone. Many, many pot holes throughout and needs better signs at the front gate. The whole front gate just needs a good face lift.
My only complaint was that it was somewhat difficult to figure out how to get back to the lot when my flight landed. I was flying internationally and the instructions provided to me were only applicable to domestic flights. I called the number listed 3 times before someone answered.
The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver was very pleasant and friendly. Great experience!
There are some seriously big potholes in the parking lot. Just go slow to limit the damage.

The parking lot was conveniently located. The parking lot has way too many serious potholes. Just looks raggedy. The wait for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned was too long. When it finally came there where enough people to completely fill two shuttles. Unacceptable.

This is the most ghetto parking lot I've ever seen. From the run-down vans playing loud hip-hop to the pothole obstacle course of a driveway to the rundown payment booths, this place needs a serious overhaul!
That said, the employees were generally friendly and helpful... except for one who kept checking her text messages while driving.
Other parking lots had three to four shuttles picking up passengers while we all were waiting for the first shuttle from you. Then the poor driver had yo load MANY bags down a too narrow aisle bumping into all the seated passengers to get the bags yo the back and causing further time delay, instead of using the handicap ramp/door that was in back by the luggage rack which would have been a LOT easier AND faster. Time to get to my car (I was first stop in lot) was UNacceptably long and not worth the few dollars cheaper.
