The reservation process was easy. When I arrived, paperwork was handled quickly and the shuttle was ready to depart. It was a bit difficult to understand the associates at times, but we were able to work it out. On my return, the shuttle had just left, so I waited about 45 minutes for the next one. The drivers were polite and respectful. Overall, it was a smooth experience with no major issues.
