It was easy to navigate, quite affordable, and the staff were kind. That said, if you park in the back of the lot, be prepared for the shuttle not to prioritize you. Three separate shuttles came by, and all were already full by the time they reached us, even though we followed the instructions we were given.

If you park in the upper/back section of the lot, you may want to take your luggage and walk closer to the front, or be prepared for a long wait.

You also have to call the shuttle for pickup when returning to Atlanta, which we did not realize.

I was definitely happy and impressed with everything I experienced while parking there. The only minor issue was that the parking spaces were a little tight, but other than that, everything was great.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle, and on the return trip, the driver came across as somewhat impolite.
