When I arrived, the gate was up and the attendant waved me through without giving me a ticket (I believe there was an issue with the power). I found a spot easily and the bus picked us up almost immediately. The return trip went fine. I needed a little assistance locating the pick-up area, but the wait was short and our driver was great! She was very pleasant and made the ride enjoyable. I got to my car and all was well until I needed to exit but had no ticket due to the initial issue with the gate. The attendant seemed confused about why I didn’t get a ticket and took my phone when I tried to show her my confirmation number. It took a few minutes to get everything squared away. That was my only concern with the experience. Shout out to the bus driver, and happy birthday to her kiddo!
