Shuttle every 15 min! Less than 10 min from the airport. Security is good. When you first get there go to the entrance and find valle parking attendant and they will let you in. When coming back coming back go to valle and they will give you a ticket to open the gate and leave.

My most recent experience (July 2025) parking at the Atlanta Airport Marriott was the best, after I panicked a little after arriving and finally found the last spot in the upper lot. I got to the shuttle and we're about to pull out when I realized I forgot my phone in my car. The driver said to stay put, he will drive me to my car! Wow, what service! Upon my return a week later, my flight was delayed in Houston 2 1/2 hours getting me into Atlanta at 2:30am. After finding my luggage and the shuttle back to the hotel, the driver wouldn't let me walk back to my car. (No, 3:30 am and I had 2 suitcases and a tote bag to go up the stairs). He drove me to my car and waited until I pulled out before he left. The best shuttle personnel by far! Oh, and I tipped well! So grateful!

I used this service at Marriott Atlanta Airport on a recent personal trip. While it wasn't as cheap, it was a lot more convenient than most other off-site parking.
The shuttles are regular airport shuttles and the wait time was ok getting to the airport - which was the main thing for me. The return wait time was quite a bit but we were ok.
Parking lot availability was great. This was my first time at this location and hence it took a couple of tries to find the correct lot.
The staff was friendly and helpful both in initially directing me to an available lot as well as with validating the pass on the way out.
I had to edit the OUT time and the app allowed it with no charge as it was the same day (I just got the flight arrival time mixed up). Definitely using this service in the future.

I’ve parked my car at Atlanta Airport Marriott several times over the past year and have never had any problems. The lot is secure and the shuttle to the airport is quick and reliable. Will continue to use this parking lot!

Easy to get to, helpful staff followed me to parking place. This allowed me to catch the waiting shuttle. Have parked here before & never had issues.

I wish that the pick-up times from the airport were quicker. We always use this facility, but have to wait a bit when we return. Getting to the airport from the hotel is always on point, it's just when we get back.
