I have never been dissapointed by the service and the experience when using Omni Airport Parking. The shuttle is always quick and reliable, never a wait for them more than 5 minutes. The parking lot is clean, easy to find for first timers, no more than 10 minutes from the airport, an easy pickup and dropoff solution to worrying about high cost of parking at the airport itself. Drivers are courteous and professional.

I left my truck parked at Omni Airport Parking lot for 52 days. Very good experience. Surprisingly, there were no dents in my doors given how tight I found the spaces to be. It was difficult getting my luggage from the back seat without letting my open door touch the vehicles on either side of me. Instead of dealing with this when I got back, I pulled my truck out of the parking space then loaded my luggage. If I had put my luggage in the truck bed, I definitely would not have been able to get it out after parking - not enough room between the rear of my truck and the vehicle behind me to let my truck bed door down. I would park at Omni again if the need arises but I will have to take the luggage out before parking in the space.

Extreme long walk from car to shuttle in bad weather. With exception of shuttle driver, surely, unhelpful employees.
  


The only parking available is in flooded areas, muddy and gravel. Try rolling your suitcase on that and then the walk from where I parked to the shuttle was close to 1/3 of a mile. I sweat like I had done an aerobics class. And I do classes every day. I would never park there again. I can't imagine what that walk would be like in the dark.
  


We will park there next time. The driver when we got back brought us to our car and that was very nice.

First time parked there. Arrived in the morning, shuttle was running and I waited for about 15 minutes. Driver was courteous. The drop off location was Terminal A and B shuttle spot 12 and 13, terminal C spot 277.

Returned around 5:30pm, waited for about 10 minutes, from same lot got on the shuttle. The car pickup was nice, rode the lot shuttle, at the exit, scanned the parking 2 D code.

Alwys have a terrible experience at the pick up time.
Always have to wait close to 1 hour. I call the base and they always tell me that the shuttle is on its way, but it never arrives in time.
  


I have used this location near MCO more than a dozen times. It works perfect for me. A month ago, my flight was delayed due to weather and when I went to check out I was charged a late fee. I was disappointed about that. Then, just this past week my flight was delayed two days due to the hurricane. I easily went on line and kept changing my dates/times. Then, when we finally arrived I had no additional Late fee charges just the additional daily rate charge. I was thankful that I now knew to make those adjustments. I am happy with this place.
  


The bathrooms need cleaning and I expected toilet paper. lol
The driver forgot to drop us off at terminal B after dropping off terminal an and almost took us back to the parking lot. And then on the way back, the gentleman that picked us up was a very aggressive driver. He made me car sick he was on and off the gas. His name was Bob And weaving, and just a very careless driver. None of us are in that big of a hurry.

A considerable walk from drop-off to parked car. Parked near edge of lot and my car was covered in cut grass and dirt. Lowest price I found. Be sure to hold on to your receipt, as you need to scan it to exit.

Parking spaces are not well marked.

Upon return, there was no shuttle service provided in the lot to my car. It was rainy and I had to drag my suitcase over the overeven surface full of puddles, so my feet got wet. I was told that Omni no longer provides transportation to parked cars.
  


Do yourself a favor and park anywhere but here! I had to walk in the dark; with luggage, from the END of the lot, was INSULTED by an employee, and ditched as I ran behind a van leaving me in the dirt. It was without a doubt THE WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER; IN ALL 5 STATES I HAVE LIVED, IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!

Upon arrival, greeting was quick and polite. The staff showed us to our parking spot quickly, unloaded our bags and took us back to the office. The shuttle driver loaded our luggage into the van and off we went to our airline checking. Then the driver unloaded our bags and told us where to go for the pickup location. I didn’t know I had to call the dispatcher to pick us up. She told us what location to go to and that the driver would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. This took a little longer but we got back to the car park quickly enough. All in all it was a good experience and very reasonable cost.

Arrived at 1:30am and had to wait for the shuttle for about 50 mins. Other than that everything else worked out just fine.

The lot was packed. Business is good! Good service on our return from international flight terminal C. Young man took me to my car in a golf cart and helped me find my wait out. The lot is very dark at night, so his help was really appreciated.
  


Great experience. Arrived in Orlando at midnight. Got luggage and was picked up within 10 minutes. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Fast automated service. Some of the employees in the receiving line were not very friendly or useful, but they got it done. The shuttle service was good and drivers were courteous.

Good experience except that the new terminal C at Orlando Airport is not included in their regular routes. When they dropped us off at terminal C the driver said that although they don’t go to that terminal if we call when we land they will pick us up - which they did. The only issue was it took a few times calling them before we were able to talk to a live person. Other than that it was fine.

Omni is my "go to" parking lot when flying out of MCO. They do a great job!
  


It was supposed to be self parking but it was too crowded on Thanksgiving and they took our key. In the process of moving our car they turned on one of the interior lights and we came back to a dead battery. Location okay but not best. It took about 25 minutes for shuttle to arrive. They did jump our car.
  


Shuttle times are longer than those of other parking lots, but otherwise great.
  


Had to wait for a second shuttle. If shuttles were bigger or came more often, the experience would have been better.
  


No one answers the phone or was there when i showed up at 5am.
  


Fantastic and easy to use!
  


I was very impressed the service was great and location easy to find.
  


Staff was very rude and we had weight airport one hour before we get to the parking.
