Overall it was a good experience. Drop off at ground transportation area was surprising, but I liked the link provided to alert the office that I was ready for pickup. The wait for the shuttle was a bit long, seeing competitors vans twice before park and drive arrived.

Had a very good experience at this parking facility. Ease of location from the main highway. Quick check in and instructions on how to obtain a shuttle ride back upon arrival. Quick ride to the airport and dropped off at the correct terminal. Upon return arrival shuttle took very little time in pick up and back to parking facility. On the way back the driver (Gabriel) explained the entire process for check out. Overall, I was very pleased, as this was my first experience with this facility. Others who had used it previously, had many good comments to share. I will be using them again in three weeks.

I'm very impressed with Drive and Park MCO. Prices are fair, it's close to the airport, my car was kept in perfect condition for the 2 weeks I was away. The shuttles run regularly, so the wait time at the airport wasn't very long and all the employees were hard working and friendly. The only negative I have is I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I landed at the end of my trip. I wanted to let them know I was back and to send a shuttle, but no answer. Thankfully the shuttle runs often, so before I panicked it arrived without a call.

I was surprised when I saw there was Valet parking. I thought -- oh no another charge. But surprise, there was no charge. The people were friendly and courteous, very efficient too. They got us right to the terminal and instructed us in how to get to the check-in. I appreciated that.

Then when our flight back arrived, they called us before we had even walked out of the airport to see if we had arrived. We waited about 5 minutes for the transportation to arrive to take us to our car which was waiting for us. We were very impressed with the overall operation of your facility. Thank you
