I gave this location 5 stars across the board because they are fast and courteous and after a long day of traveling, having a driver and the team who attends to you makes the trip better. I have used other MCO locations where they were far from curious. Wait times have been longer at other locations, so this is my spot from now on and I travel two weekends a month. See you next time!

Personnel attitude was great and helpful. The only downside we experienced was extended wait time to be picked up on airport arrival. They said this was because the van filled up before getting to us. The van had to return to the hotel to empty, before coming back to get us in terminal C.

I park at this facility almost weekly. All of the regular drivers are phenomenal. They are professional, attentive and timely. There is one fill in driver who made my experience less than stellar as he talked and laughed on the phone (through his ear piece) in his native language the entire drive. It was very annoying and unprofessional. There have been many occasions when I arrive from the airport and no attendant is present to provide me with the ticket to exit the gate. In that I know the routine, I usually locate the tickets and help myself while leaving my claim ticket. As long as the tickets are available, I don’t mind, but if they are not, I’m annoyed because I feel like someone should be available especially because the shuttles are on a schedule. I’m coming from a 3 hr flight and I will have exhausted my willingness to wait. All in all, I love parking at this facility, but would love some attention to the things I noted above.

This facility has improved tremendously, I was able to practically walk into the shuttle on my way to airport with no wait time. On they way back I called them at 11pm and the shuttle was there in less than 10 min. Kudos!!!

First time I used this parking location. I did not have to wait at all for a shuttle to the airport. Once I returned it only took a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me to my car. The service was good and reservation was easy to book online.

Upon return no clarification a to where pick up takes place. It took 45 minutes from time ready to be picked up till time actually picked up with 4 phone calls.
