This was our first time and it was an excellent experience! We parked our car and got our ticket from the valet attendant. He was pleasant and explained to us how everything worked. The shuttle arrived within 10 min (it runs every half hour) of us getting there. The driver was courteous and helpful, loading all of our bags. It was a short drive to the terminal. When we returned we called the number on the back of the ticket given to us by valet attendant. The driver told us where to meet him (very short walk) and once there, it was only a short wait before we went to the next stop and then back to the hotel. We felt we left our vehicle in a secure parking lot and had no issues when we returned. We will definitely park here next time.

I find it difficult to leave the facility once we return from our trip. It is probably me, but I thought on my visit to Renaissance, that I was told to use part of my ticket to scan for my exit. It didn't work. Perhaps, written instructions along with the ticket would help us folks who misinterpret. Otherwise, it is a great facility.

Renaissance Orlando Airport parking lot is easy to find and in close proximity to the airport. Parking fees are reasonable and I felt that I left my car in a secure and safe place. I had expressed concern that we may have to book a seat on the shuttle to be sure to leave when we wanted. The last place I left my car, we almost didn't get on the shuttle because of that reason. I was assured that they have more than one shuttle if there is overflow and that was wonderful! Parking attendants at the valet stand and the drivers were all very courteous and professional. I've also had long wait times after arriving back in Orlando, exhausted from flying. This shuttle picked us up ten minutes after I called. That is a definite plus! Will use the Renaissance again, happily! Thanks!

We have used CheApairportParking.org twice now and both times have been great experiences! The parking was substantially cheaper than the airport or other dedicated parking places near MCO. The Renaissance shuttle to the airport was timely (every 1/2 hour) and we waited less than 25 minutes for pickup from the airport when we arrived back home. Definitely recommend!

First time parking at this location or using this type of airport parking service. Absolutely was a 5* experience. Easy booking through cheapairportparking.org. Attendant at the hotel was helpful and explained everything. My car was safe. Shuttle experience was also great. They run every 30min, so wait time is very short. Also, it was easy to locate them at the airport.
I will definitely park at this location again and absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to park at a safe and close location to the airport.

I love the Renaissance Valet Parking. I have ben using this lot for all 6 years since I moved to Ocala. I have only parked myself one time and it was great, but I prefer valet for the simple reason of rain, if it's a rating it's nice to have my car waiting for me. I also like to tip the guys, a few bucks makes a difference for some people. They work hard.

I only gave 3 stars for the shuttle experience this time because the AC was not working. It's a bit hot when not working correctly, but normally it would be 5 stars.

This was our first time using the Renaissance MCO Airport Parking and I was very impressed with the ease of the entire experience. It took a little longer than expected to get picked up from the airport when we arrived home, but, otherwise, I would definitely use them again. All of the staff was very nice and helpful.
