Parking lot has really expanded since we first started using Park 'N Go. Quick in and quick out. Drivers are super helpful and ours made a special effort to get us to the airport quick since we thought we were running behind. Our vehicle is always safe with them. They even offer complementary cold bottled water on your way out.

Same Great return service. Dropped off at my vehicle, loaded bags in the car. Quick friendly check-out and a small cold bottle of water as we left!

We used this parking lot from Sept 12-after midnight on Sept 21/22. The shuttle driver was amazing, kind and we only waited a couple of minutes to be picked up at the airport. He even put our bags in our trunk offered us water. We will absolutely use this facility on our future trips. Price was half of parking at The airport.

Good service. Main issue is using Google maps it doesn’t show the main entrance. Also a bit of an issue leaving my car with a valet parking. I never trust anyone using my vehicle even to park it later. Should not take more reservations than what the lot can hold. Everything else was ok and most likely I will use it again.

A terrific experience at 5:30 am arrival at Park 'n Go; greeted, guided to parking by good signage and a person designating my parking spot; assistance with transfer of luggage to waiting shuttle and smooth drive to MCO.
Return trip at noon three days later was as smooth in reverse. All with pleasant staff. Best car parking experience in a long time. Thank you.

This place was very convenient, as soon as we got there to park someone was right there waiting for us. No wait! The price was reasonable, drivers were pleasant and the shuttle was clean. We had some trouble finding them once we returned, I would suggest handing out a flyer that tells you exactly where to go - level one in spots 34 through 37. Considering the airport is busy and pretty big, you can get lost like we did.

Hello, this is my third time using Park 'N Go, and they have always been excellent in terms of speed, friendliness, and communication. This time my experience was better than ever: when we went to pick up our car, the starter didn't work and the battery was dead. We requested assistance at the office, and they helped us very quickly and cheerfully. They charged our car battery and we were able to go home. It's worth noting that it was 2 a.m. Thank you. Whenever I'm traveling and need a parking space for my car, Park 'N Go will be the ones I choose.

Five Stars – Came Through When My Phone Didn’t!

Park ‘N Go seriously impressed me. Dropping off my car was a breeze—within minutes, they had my bags loaded and the shuttle rolling toward the terminal. The staff was helpful, quick, and actually seemed happy to be there.

The real highlight? My phone died on the flight back, so I couldn’t call for pickup. I just walked outside, hoping for the best—and boom, the Park ‘N Go shuttle pulled up like they were waiting just for me. That came in clutch.

Then they didn’t just drop me off near my car like most places do—they took me right to the exact spot I had parked.

When you call to be picked up at the airport, they are there within minutes. No issues even when your flight is delayed.

The location was very close to the airport.
The shuttles to and from the airport were prompt.
The staff we encountered were friendly and courteous.
The only negative part of the experience was that the exit was difficult to find and there were very few signs to it.
We will probably use this company again when we travel in the future.

We had a good experience overall.

The only problem I have is that Park 'N Go rates are much higher than they used to be. I am thinking about finding a different parking lot the next time I travel.
