If you do not follow instructions on arrival pick-up you will be waiting 2 hours to get picked up upon arrival for pick-up when coming back from your trip. Don't forget please! I had to hitch a ride from airport to pick vehicle up. Very frustrating! Overall OK. Give yourself a good 45 min to reach airport for departing. Buses don't come or go frequently.

The bus comes every 45 minutes. When I went to pickup my car the valet people took an hour and half to get my car. They lost my ticket 2 times and I had to speak up to get them to print another in order to get my car. There’s a serious lack of management going on here. The valets we’re working there butts off but in a very unorganized way.

The shuttle service was perfect, they parked our vehicle, took us straight to the airport, and the bus was there to pick us up in a timely manner.

When I arrived to drop off my car, no one was at the counter. I had to wait almost 25 minutes for someone to check me in and this almost made me miss my flight. When I arrived back at the airport and called the number on the ticket, the system did not recognize the reservation number the person at the counter wrote down on my ticket. I attempted to call and get a pickup and no one ever answered the phone. I waited almost 30 minutes for a pickup. I will not be using this location again.
  


The customers have to be told that the company only picks up from Terminal A. It is a hassle to pick up your luggage in Terminal B and have to walk all the way to Terminal A to picked up.

No wait for the shuttle at all. But, upon my return, I did have to wait for my car for 30 minutes. The location is okay, but the signage is very poor making it difficult to find.

Excellent. Affordable and efficient. Called when plane landed. Told where to get picked up. Was there. Car parked by front enterance when we arrived. Got in and left. Who could ask for better than that.
  


They kept me waiting 45 min at the airport. They kept telling me that the driver was arriving every time that I called. The driver was really rude when he picked me up after I complained about the delay. Not going there anymore, period!

Best shuttle experience I've ever had. Fast, fast, fast. Price is great. The phone attendent was clueless and hung up when my question was long winded, but I called back and asked a simpler question and it was fine. Use small words. ;-)
  

Only complaint was that the driver had pretty bad body odor.
  

Had to wait a while for a ride to the airport on our way in, but on the way back it was perfect. The drivers were very nice but the office needs to be spruced up a bit. It is a little farther from the airport than other parking but the price reflected that. I would park here again.
  


The driver was nice, manner and helped me with bags. 5 star for the driver. They let me leave my car there for one more day. I will book that from them again in the future.
  


Second time used.. both times the phone number on the ticket was disconnected and the other number on the website was also disconnected. This is permanent problem and totally unacceptable, especially at 9 pm at night.
  


My only complaint was that my car was parked under a tree, and had leaves and bird droppings all over it. Otherwise, I am a satisfied, repeat customer.

I get there at 5:30 am they say they do not have reservations and said ok you can be a walk in, but I said I paid a down payment and then he charged me again. They say they do not have access to reservations? I panicked, because I had to get to the airport.

Overall it was OK but a woman by herself in the dark is scary.

It's cheap parking. With that said it is a dirt lot and your car will get covered in dirt. This time my nephew must have dropped a piece of candy under my set because I got back after a week and found red ants in my truck. Even with this, I know what to expect and I will use them again as it is half what a lot of others charge. And I can get my truck washed.
