Once again, my experience with airport parking at the Hyatt Regency SFO was outstanding.

There was no problem finding a space, about three-quarters of the way up the first ramp. The spaces are wide, and I love having the car under cover.

I came to the pickup spot, and in about two minutes the van pulled in. A very pleasant and welcoming Asian male greeted us, asked which airline we were flying with, and took charge of our two bags, thanking us.

The van was clean and comfortable. Sitting right behind the driver, I was able to see that he was a very good driver, careful without being overly cautious, and his reaction time was excellent.

On our return, an older African American gentleman welcomed me, asked to see my payment receipt, which I had, gave me the exit ticket, and reminded me that it was only valid for 10 to 15 minutes. I appreciated that, so I didn’t delay getting to the car.

The gentleman was very polite and wished me safe travels.

This is my third or fourth time using Cheap Airport Parking, and it is a much better service than The Parking Spot, formerly Park 'N Fly.

We had zero traffic on the way down from Sonoma County and ended up 25 minutes early to the facility. We checked in at the desk to see if we had to wait until our specified arrival time. They said, “Go ahead and park, and here is your QR code to get out in a week.” The shuttles run way closer together than at other parking facilities, so that is nice too. Because once you're home, you want to get home, am I right?

This was my first time using Hyatt Regency SFO, and it was an easy experience. The lot was easy to find and intuitive to use, and I found a space quickly on the first level. Shuttle wait time was within 10 minutes, and the driver kindly helped with luggage. On the return, my flight was delayed and I missed my connection, so I overstayed my reservation by about 10 hours. The hotel valet was still kind enough to validate my ticket without any additional charge after checking the reservation.

The shuttle took maybe 10 minutes, less time than The Parking Spot shuttle. Very convenient.
Covered parking was excellent and the garage appeared clean, no trash laying around.
We arrived as a shuttle left, we waited less than 15 minutes for the next one. Driver opened the door then exited and said would meet me at rear of shuttle. Driver took charge of luggage and had no trouble lifting it into van. On return I felt sorry for driver as baggage area in the van had no light, and it was difficult for him to identify bags. Still, he was able to get them efficiently.
The shuttle appeared clean inside and seating was arranged in rows rather than long bench along inside of van, which is not comfortable these days.
Both drivers were courteous and maintained good control of the vehicle, particularly in the crush of traffic at the International Terminal.
Both Hyatt counter employees were helpful and courteous which I appreciated as this was my first time, and I was not sure of the process. I did also appreciate the price and will do this again.,

Last week, I parked at the Hyatt Regency SFO for a quick trip, and it was hands down the best airport parking experience I’ve ever had! The lot is literally 5-7 mins from SFO Airport. Parking my car was a breeze. The complimentary 24/7 shuttle is every 15 mins and it took me to the terminal in no time, it made my travel day feel easy.

Parking at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco was beyond perfect. I made the arrangements online with Cheapairportparking and it couldn’t have been easier. The shuttle came right away and even waited a few minutes while we got settled in. On our return trip, our flight was delayed and I needed to add on an extra day to our parking reservation. I just went online to my account with Cheapairportparking and changed the return time and it showed me the additional amount that would be charged for the extra time. Easy, no hassle and no surprises. Everyone was courteous, very professional. I will definitely choose this website and location for any future flights out of SFO. Our vehicle was safe parked there. I found out I had left the passenger side door unlocked for the 12 days it was there. I don’t recommend doing that, but like I said, it was safe.

I've been using another long-term parking garage and this is the first time I tried parking at the Hyatt Regency. Great experience! It's much easier to park in a smaller garage and the shuttle was quite efficient.

This is my first time using Hyatt Regency parking lot for SFO long term parking, it was so easy and convenient. Only thing I may want to mention is that it says covered parking but it was a last spot I took with roof structure, otherwise I would have needed to park on the top floor which did not have roof over cars.
  


Good place to park close to airport. It’s covered and shuttle was on time. We prefer this over other place because shuttle comes every 15 mins. Definitely will park here again.
  


The shuttle took longer to arrive than I had hoped, and the parking lot did have some darkish corners - I'm a single female traveling alone, so I like better lighting.

Overall, very nice experience, I would definitely use your service again.
