The lobby did not instruct us to wait outside for the shuttle. The driver did not check in the lobby, so we missed the shuttle and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. In the future the guests waiting for the shuttle need to be told to be outside so the driver stops to pick them up.

Other than that the experience overall was very pleasant and I will use the service again.

This experience was just marginally ok. There is, as far as I could tel, no security in the parking lot. Although the attendant in the hotel office was attentive, he was in no position to help with the biggest problem - no parking space was open! We finally had to park in a red zone and leave our car at mercy of Luck hoping it wouldn't be towed before I returned.
