What our customers say about Burlingame Airport Parking

Overall I was pleased. Everything went according to the plan. Parking area had adequate lighting. A Watchman was present on the lot. Shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The only thing, at first and very minor, I found confusing was all the parking spaces were numbered. I thought I missed something in my reservation but nope you can just park in any space; no specifically assigned spot.

Parking seemed a little low security initially but I realized it was just below Hilton hotel and felt more safe. Check in/out was easy with scanning of QR code. I found this much more clear than other lots. Left car for about 10 days and returned to it safe and sound. I was worried as I had very early flight and late arrival but made the first and last shuttles with no issues.

This is a great place to park your car when you go to SFO. It is close to SFO and the shuttle drivers are courteous and efficient. The lot does seem to be nearly full or full all of the time, but there now seems to be an overflow parking section. The only thing to watch out for is the signage on the side of the van saying Burlingame Airport Parking is small and easy to miss when you are trying to get back to the lot. We plan to use this lot again.

Overall experience was positive. The only glitch was entering the parking area where the QR code machine did not work. We were able to resolve it quickly by contacting the office. Other than that the parking was safe and convenient. The shuttle service was consistent. We erroneously waited in wrong area, we should have waited at hotel shuttle pick up. Over all positive experience, we left our car there for one month with no problems. Definitely would do it again.

Everything was 5-star until I had to wait an hour for pick-up, when it should have been a half hour at most. It was next to impossible to find someone to talk to about the shuttle. Shuttle drivers were wonderful but the clerks answering the phone, when I finally found a number that a person would answer, just "shined" me on.

Once we arrived at sfo shuttle pick up, we approached the shuttle driver and asked if he was for the Burlingame airport parking. He just stared at me and I kindly asked again and he said no I am with Hilton. As I approached the side of the shuttle I recognized the Burlingame airport parking logo, he had already got in his shuttle to drive off. Another man was trying to get onboard as well and the shuttle driver closed the door on him as he approached it and sped off with the man running trying to catch the shuttle. I had just gotten off a 12 hour flight and did not want to wait another 30 minutes so paid $35 for an Uber to get back to my car.

Overall it was fine. The QR reader is a pile and took a few minutes to read the code. Had to get out and block the sun so it would work. It was all good though and was cheaper than most other places.
