Burlingame Airport Parking (BAP) offers reduced parking rates when you fly out of SFO. BAP offers free transportation to and from the airport on modern shuttle buses which run every 30 minutes. Look for the all black Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront/Embassy Suites Waterfront/Burlingame Airport Parking shuttle. A handicapped shuttle service is available upon advance request (at least 24 hours prior to flight arrival). Please allow a minimum of 20-25 minutes travel time to the airport.

Pick-up and drop-off are in the same area - departures level, center island at the hotel courtesy shuttle area. Please look for a black shuttle with the following information on the side: Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel / Embassy Suites Waterfront / Burlingame Airport Parking. NO NEED TO CALL!

We parked there twice in the month for a week each. First time after coming home, it took the shuttle almost an hour to pick us up at the airport! That's unacceptable. We watched so many other shuttles come multiple times, it was hard to take! Now the second time, it was about 5 minutes which is terrific, but the first long wait on a cold SF night is hard to forget!

My only complaint is that we waited for the shuttle to arrive at the airport a very long time, longer than expected. I am understanding, though with Christmas being the busiest time of the year.

I have been parking my car with Burlingame for several years and my experience has always been good. In addition this place is more convenient than dealing with the on airport parking and cheaper too.

The facility and parking is just fine. The only issue is there is only one shuttle to/from SFO. If you miss the shuttle the wait time is approximately 45 minutes which is a pain on either end.

When we left the parking facility, our QR code would not lift the gate. We made our way to the hotel lobby where we were told there was a help button. We returned to the gate, pressed the help button several times and nobody answered. Returned to the hotel lobby to report the problem, returned to the gate and it finally let us out. Time wasted about 45 minutes !! Grrrr

Overall this is a decent place to park, however the shuttles only run every 30 minutes, so there is quite a wait if you have just missed one. I was not happy though as I was unable to leave the parking area without paying an additional $10 despite having prepaid and actually parking for less time than my paid time!

Had a problem getting out, scanned in OK, but would not accept scan out. I was there just 5 min prior to expiration, so not sure why it would not work. The shuttle driver pulled up and opened it for me, so all good, but would that do it?
