When we left the parking facility, our QR code would not lift the gate. We made our way to the hotel lobby where we were told there was a help button. We returned to the gate, pressed the help button several times and nobody answered. Returned to the hotel lobby to report the problem, returned to the gate and it finally let us out. Time wasted about 45 minutes !! Grrrr
