Everything was great except we could not scan our prepaid QR Code at the entrance. We pulled a paper ticket as stated on the reservation, but there is no instruction on how we can get out when we get back. We had to call them to get instruction. We had to walk over to Hilton to get ticket validated. It was close and the front desk was very nice and quick.
It looks like their kiosk never works, so they should just tell people what to do.
