All of the staff, from the clerk at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The last pick-up shuttle is at 10 PM - I called at 9:45 when I was at the pick up location within a few minutes and we had a friendly chat while driving back to my car at the hotel. Coming off a 12 hour flight I can't begin to say how nice that was and how awesome it was to have that final leg run so smoothly.

I will definitely look no further than Sonesta again the next time I fly out of SNA/John Wayne.

Sonesta Airport parking is a hidden gem for the ease of parking your car. It offers a shuttle to your airline departing from the hotel every 30 minutes. I left in 10 minutes with a fast and courteous pickup. I was picked up in 5 minutes. They provided instructions for pickup, and it was exactly as provided. Plus, the hotel has excellent food and exceptional facilities if you're hungry or need a restroom.

The parking location is relatively close to SNA but pay attention to directions to get there until you've done it once. The lot is not covered but is well maintained. The shuttle to the airport is not available until 6AM. Our flight left at 6:58 so ordered a Lyft to get us to the airportat 5AM. Directions to get the shuttle on return was pretty quick with a call to the hotel. The shuttle arrived a few minutes later. Would use again knowing the location and how to manage the to and from logistics.

Awesome spot to park. The only issue is the time that they stop the shuttle, but it was only about a $15 cab ride if you miss the last one...

Everyone at Sonesta Irvine OC Airport, especially the driver, were absolutely wonderful, courteous, and prompt. I will definitely park at the Sonesta again, it was so easy!

This was our first time parking at the Sonesta Irvine OC Airport lot. The price was very reasonable for parking near the Santa Ana Airport. We will definitely use this lot again when we travel. The only draw back is the shuttle service ends at 10:00 P.M.
