This was so fast and easy. I stepped out of my car at the valet and they transferred my suitcase to the shuttle SUV steps away. Within minutes I was off to the airport. On returning, I called the valet number to let the shuttle know I was at the stop and they picked me up within minutes. My car was waiting for me when we got back. The first time you do something you always wonder how it’s going to go…this was great! I was also nervous leaving a new car, but it was handled perfectly. I would absolutely use this parking again.

I’ve parked at quite a few airport parking lots, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this is BY FAR the BEST one I’ve ever used!!!
And here are the reasons:
1. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an attendant with a smile. He helped with our bags, let us know how long the next shuttle would take, and showed us where to sit inside the hotel lobby, which was beautiful - a very nice place to relax before heading to the airport. The shuttle driver was very kind and got us to the airport quickly and safely 😊.
2. When we flew back in, we arrived late and didn’t realize that shuttle pickup stopped at 7pm, and it was 10:30pm. When I let the attendant know that I did not know that shuttle service stopped, he quickly said “Give me 1 minute and I’ll see if I can get a shuttle out to you”. Within minutes he had someone on their way to pick us up. 👏
When we flew back, we arrived late and didn’t realize the shuttle service officially stopped at 7:00 PM. We landed at 10:30 PM. When I explained this to the attendant, he immediately said, “Give me one minute and I’ll see if I can get a shuttle out to you.” Within minutes, he had someone on the way to pick us up 👏. That alone was impressive.
3. Lastly, the driver who came to get us was SUPER FRIENDLY, talkative, and just overall awesome! 🤩 I later found out he was already about to clock out for the night, but when he heard we were waiting, he volunteered to come pick us up anyway.
That is EXCELLENT service by both the dispatcher for just not telling us no, and for the driver who I’m sure had a long day and still decided to help us out!
They both deserve a promotion and a raise! 🤩 THANK YOU to both of them (I wish I knew their names).
I will definitely be parking here EVERY TIME!

Friends recommended Cheap Airport Parking as a shuttle and parking option when flying out of Orange County. They’re awesome, and I use them all the time. It’s almost as easy as parking at the airport, but at a much lower cost.

The on line reservation process for long term parking was very efficient, and the team at the Renaissance was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped with luggage and the shuttle was efficient and fun! We've been parking here for our overseas trips for years and each time they exceed our expectations - never a poor experience. I highly recommend them for their service!

This was the BEST parking experience at either LAX or SNA. We've used off-site parking about 30 times and this was the best experience. The entrance to the hotel was a little tricky to find but we did. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our shuttle from the hotel to the airport was quick. They shuttle on the half hour. On the return, we called the number on our ticket and they were there in less than 10 minutes. We encountered about 6 employees and everyone one of them went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and quick. Our car was valeted in a covered, guarded area so we know it was safe. We will use them every time we travel out of SNA.

This is our first experience with Renaissance Newport Beach parking service. We have used others in the area in the past. Renaissance by far exceeded our expectations.
Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and our bags were unloaded and placed in the shuttle. Our van was parked in their covered garage. Upon return the shuttle responded quickly to our call for pick up. Our luggage was loaded and we were driven back to the Renaissance, which was 10 minutes away. Upon arrival, our van was parked at the hotel entrance. Our bags were loaded and we were on our way. All personnel were friendly and helpful. We will never use anyone else in the future!

I have used this hotel 4 times now and each time they are outstanding. I did try another one next to them and they were "not nice" is the best way to talk about them. I will only book with the Renaissance now because they consistently deliver outstanding service.
