The lots are very well marked and easy to find. The shuttle was already in the lot and followed me as I parked. The driver was extremely nice, loaded my bag, and opened and closed the large sliding door for everyone. The ride was maybe 12–13 minutes to Terminal 1.

Upon return, I called for a shuttle, and it arrived within 12 minutes. Another delightful driver. I also needed to call with a few questions, and the person I spoke with was very helpful.
Yes, I tip drivers in cash. They don’t expect it, but the good ones deserve it!

Nice high fence, well-lit lot, and secure gate. I would not park my car there if I didn’t feel it was secure.

The parking lot is easy to find, the best prices are online a few days before departure, the shuttle was clean and timely, and the driver was super helpful. Be careful when booking your check-out time as midnight: scrolling past 11 PM to 12 AM doesn’t advance to the next day. It stays the same day, and you will have to pay for an extra day when you leave the lot.

Good job. The only improvement I would suggest is finding a way to expedite the exit process, especially when a customer has difficulty getting the gate to open. It tends to hold up everyone behind them.

Overall, very good. Some spots are very tight, but I found one at the end of a row. The shuttle was very responsive and helpful each time. Extremely convenient location off I-5 South. I liked it and would use it again.

There were no spaces in lot B, where we were assigned. Sign stated to go to lot A. Once we arrived, there were no parking spaces left and the shuttle driver expected us to park in a spot where a Tesla has used more than one spot. We said we weren't risking our car getting damaged because they had over booked. We were taken back to lot B where we were able to park in another tight squeeze parking spot.

I’ve parked here many times. The only thing to know about multi-night (heck sometimes even one night) outdoor parking near the coast is that your car will be dirty when you leave the parking lot. Expect it. That’s normal.

I was nervous from the reviews, but this was a great experience! I was traveling with an infant and the shuttle driver went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for getting on and off the shuttle. They even waited for me before departing the parking lot. I would suggest giving yourself at least one to two hours over your arrival and departure times so you don’t feel rushed.

I am normally skeptical of third party bookings but after reading other reviews I felt like this was the perfect situation for my needs. I was not disappointed. We pulled up to the parking lot and a very nice gentleman came to point me in the direction for long term parking. He reminded me to bring my ticket so I could get it stamped for my exit upon my return.  We had just missed a shuttle going to the airport so had a short wait and was assured we’d have no problem making our flight that wasn’t for another hour.  Coming back we had a short wait for the shuttle which is in a convenient location on arrivals level.  I will use this website again and will tell my friends who use SAN airport often.
