1. How far from the San Diego International Airport (SAN) is Fox Auto Parks located and when should I arrive at the facility?

Fox Auto Parks is located about 1.9 miles from SAN, a short 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Please arrive at least 30 min before you want to be at the terminal. Check with your airline for their suggested time of arrival to the airport.

2. What should I do upon return from my trip?
Please use E-Parking Link provided to you via text during check-in. Then proceed to the Shuttle Pick up area at the lower level and wait under the sign that reads COURTESY SHUTTLE.

3. What if I have a dead battery, flat tire in my car upon my return?
Fox Auto Parks provides free charge battery jump-starts and pressurized air to fill your tire.

4. What if I believe I left something on your shuttle van?
Fox Auto Parks logs all lost & found articles and keeps these items under lock and key. Please call 619 625-5253 to inquire about any lost items.

Fantastic experience and I was honestly worried and went way better than I thought. Calling to be picked up was the only slight challenge as they did not answer the phone until the 4th attempt. I will use Fox going forward.
  


Wonderful. Such a smooth experience. Shuttled to the airport immediately after arriving at the parking lot, and shuttle arrived to pick me up only a few minutes after returning to the airport. Car was ready for me.

My only complaint is every time I use Fox it takes at least two calls to get a shuttle to me and the wait is about an hour. The drivers have either gone to the wrong terminal or they leave after picking up one passenger and speed past me. I fly in at night, so the airport itself isn't too unmanageably busy, but this also makes having to wait an hour an extra pain. They also charge by time, so that is frustrating. Maybe I've just been unlucky! The staff is very friendly and the actual checking in/out is quite quick.
