What our customers say about FOX Parking

- San Diego, CA

The drop-off and arrival experience was great. The staff and driver were very helpful.

The return process was painful. It was a very hot day, and the shuttle had no A/C. We rode on the hot bus for about 30 minutes, which was not pleasant.

The baggage attendants at the lot were helpful.

The price was good.

- San Marcos, CA

Very good experience. We had to switch buses on the way to the airport, which caused a slight delay in our departure. All of the employees were very nice.

- Beaumont, CA

Had a great experience with Fox Parking. Staff were very professional and friendly. Shuttle service was dependable and punctual. I would use this service again next time I fly from San Diego.

- Murrieta, CA

Good, inexpensive parking lot. The only feedback I have is to try to make the shuttle calling experience a bit smoother for guests, maybe by standardizing the process for customer clarity. I want to be able to call, give my flight information, and have the attendant tell me exactly where to go for the shuttle pickup.

- San Diego, CA

Great place to park. When we got back from the airport, they had our vehicle parked out front and ready to go. The shuttle driver was very helpful with our luggage and my husband's walker.

- Oceanside, CA

FOX Auto Parks is awesome. Service was fast and professional. The shuttle was already parked outside the pickup area when I landed, and my car was pulled up to the front of the parking lot before I arrived. The employee who handled my checkout experience was efficient and friendly, and the shuttle driver drove like he knew we all needed to get home. I will definitely be back!

Very good experience. I had no issues.

- San Clemente, CA

The ONLY thing was that there was a bit of a wait at the checkout counter when arriving and leaving. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly. The shuttle driver was helpful with luggage, which we appreciated. We also didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle pickup, which was great after a long travel day. Will use again. Thanks!

- Vista, CA

I absolutely love parking here! The staff is amazing — friendly, polite, and truly professional. The pricing is unbeatable for the level of service you receive. What really sets this place apart is the convenience: I can drop off my car and pick it up right at the front gate without ever having to search for it. It honestly feels like curbside service every time. Stress-free, efficient, and top-notch customer service all around. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Oceanside, CA

Good service. The pickup from the airport took a little longer than expected, but otherwise everything was good.

- Oceanside, CA

I’ll be parking here from now on. The staff is professional, the shuttle service is very good with minimal wait time, and while the lot isn’t fancy, that doesn’t matter to me - the price is the best in the area.

- Oceanside, California

Fox is now my go-to parking and shuttle company whenever I fly out of San Diego Airport. The staff was well-mannered and helpful. I will definitely recommend FOX Auto Parks and your service to friends and family. Thanks!

- San Diego, CA

Everything was perfect. I appreciated having an on-site counter for check-in, which made the process very easy. We were running late for our flight and worried about shuttle wait times, but the staff took care of us and got us to the airport quickly. The wait time on the return was average. The driver was very pleasant, and the staff was competent and efficient throughout. We’ve tried many different parking options, but we’ll be sticking with FOX Auto Parks going forward.

We’ve used FOX Auto Parks many times in the past and every experience has been excellent. I’ve even recommended FOX to a friend traveling from Orange County. I’ve never once felt concerned about my safety or my car.

My friend, who’s used to everything being new and pristine in OC, had some reservations at first. But there is absolutely nothing to worry about FOX. They offer great rates, a convenient location, and excellent service! The shuttle ride to the airport is short, and service is prompt.

Our driver was especially hardworking, lifting and lowering luggage, keeping track of which airline everyone was flying with, and doing it all with a great attitude. There’s a reason we always come back to Fox. Thanks, Fox Parking, for the excellent service you provide!

Quick check-in, check-out process, least expensive, friendly staff, and 24/7 shuttle services to both cruise and airport terminal. You must leave your car key, and this is an outside parking space. Highly recommended!!

My first time flying out of San Diego so I wasn't sure about off-site parking. I am very satisfied with how easy FOX was to find, even in the dark early morning hour, and how simple and courteous the staff made the trip.
My car was waiting for me near the office when I returned. Again, I was greeted with friendly, courteous staff. Nicely priced, and they have a comfortable patio to sit, although our experience was so streamline, there was no time to sit.
Excellent!
I will definitely park at FOX again!
Thank you.

Very nice experience! We didn't wait for a long time for the shuttle. Very organized, when we arrived the car was parked in a nice place. The person who picked up the call could be a little bit more polite.

Such a bunch of efficient, friendly and expedient parking & shuttle staff. Shuttle is very fast and never have to wait and car is ready and waiting when you return.

- Carlsbad, CA

Our shuttle experience was smooth and on time. On our return, the shuttle driver arrived within 5 min after our called. We were picked up before fellow passengers from our flight who were waiting for another airport parking company.

- Temecula

The customer service (on telephone calls, front desk and shuttle drivers) was very courteous and professional… things that are not all typically present in the numerous shuttle services from other companies I have used. Very pleased!

I selected self parking option, but I was told to leave my car key. So, I don't know where they parked my car. The shuttle quickly took me to the departure hall. Upon arrival, I called Fox Auto Park and they told me to wait at the courtesy vehicle waiting area, which is across the street from the arrival hall. When I got there, the shuttle was already waiting for me. By the time I got to the parking lot, my car was parked at the front. Overall, I am impressed with the service and the low price compared with other parking garage.

- Ramona, CA

I was very happy with fox and would recommend and use them again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was excellent and they had my vehicle ready to go when I got there.

Everyone working there was very nice and helpful in every way. Clean shuttle vehicles and good friendly drivers. I highly recommend Fox.

- Cary, California

Fox was great! Conveniently located, efficient and secure! Prices were extremely competitive. Shuttle was prompt.

- Oceanside, CA

Good experience parking here. Easy to get to, close to the airport. Shuttles were prompt and on a regular cadence. Spaces were a little tight on the second floor. Not sure about the other floors. Otherwise, excellent experience. Will park here again.

Wait time was a bit longer than expected. Saw other off-site parking shuttles a couple times before Fox arrived to pick me up.
