Our return shuttle made me a little nervous on timing, because we circled back to terminal one after being picked up and going to terminal two and it cut it a little too close to the time I’d reserved for my liking, but it all worked out! The parking facility was clean and well lighted. The parking spaces did not seem too small. The shuttles are clean and the drivers are friendly. The shuttles are very frequent and are easily to spot when you arrive to the airport with all the traffic. The gentleman in the office were very helpful.

Attendant was very helpful, even offering coffee and water while I waited for my husband to get the car from the rooftop. Also helped us lift our luggage into our car. Would be nice if the elevator went to the roof.

I parked my car several times in this location. Perks: close proximity to the airport, quick and frequent shuttle service, price. I always use a pre-paid indoor self-service. My two cents: if you pre-pay for your parking, normally you pay a downpayment online and the rest at the time of the picking your car up. Double check what the balance your are asked to be paid. Last time there was somewhat a descripancy in the balance that I has been asked to pay and the total in my receipt. When you book your reservation on-line - keep that copy handy (paper!). Was useful for me.

Shuttle buses run frequently. Nice that they stop and wait at each stop. I've been able to catch a bus that was waiting a few times instead of watch them drive by as you walk up. Paying the balance of your parking bill could be easier. Should be a way to do it at a kiosk or the gate operators.

We had a problem with our flight that didn't cause a problem with our parking at Aladdin. The last thing we needed was another problem. Thank you for making our returning easier. Everybody loved the hot cocoa there at Aladdin by the way. Great Job!!
