The Parking Point is conveniently located off Rockaway Boulevard and easily accessible from the Belt Parkway. If traveling on the Belt Parkway, head east and take exit 23 towards Jamaica Ave. Turn left onto Jamaica Ave., then turn right onto 188th Street. Continue on 188th Street for about 0.6 miles, then turn left onto 150th Avenue. After about 0.4 miles, turn left onto 183rd Street, and the parking lot will be on your left. From Rockaway Boulevard, head west towards
Spring Creek Park. After about 0.25 miles, turn left onto 183rd Street and travel for another 1 mile. The Parking Point will be on your right-hand side.

The customer service was terrible. The staff was dismissive to customer questions and concerns, and were also aggressive and nearly combative to several customers including me and my family. Not a good experience at all and not likely a location that I would use again in the future.
