All great - no shuttle, next to subway A line, for Rockaway - Mott st, goes to Howard beach air tram. Just under half hour subway ride, 5 minute wait at 2pm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a little tricky to find the entrance at first because google maps took me to a different spot, but there are signs to direct you to the correct location. There were no shuttles from airport terminal to the parking lot location, so I used Uber. Check-in and check-out were very quick.
