Shuttle service to the airport was a great experience, but waiting to be picked up after my return trip to the airport was horrible. Hampton Inn NY/JFK needs to come up with a better, less confusing, easier way to request shuttle pick up from JFK airport. The link, I was initially given on my drop off to airport, only allowed me to track the shuttle, but not request pickup and customer service # is a joke, because it is a recording. I had to pay a cab $30 to take me the 1 1/2 miles to get back to the hotel to get to my car. RIDICULOUS! 😡😤 Valets and drop off shuttle driver were professional but I would have to consider other parking options before using Hampton Inn NY/JFK again.

Everything went great until we tried to leave. There were two cars parked blocking the driveway out. Two people went in to have the clerk ask them to move, she said give them a minute. Both of us waited at least 10 minutes. One was waiting for people from the airport, the other was taking pictures of the car he had.
