Sheraton Music City Hotel, located less than 10 minutes from Nashville International Airport, offers travelers offsite airport parking. Parking options include outdoor valet and outdoor self. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is included with all reservations. Shuttle drivers will assist travelers with their luggage and drop them off directly at their terminals. Please keep in mind the shuttles run only from 4:00am til midnight.

In June 2025 we used this facility and were able to park in the front lot. Plenty of space and felt secure. This time we were told we had to park way out back of the hotel in a lot that was not laid out well with narrow rows and people parking along the side where there were no actual spaces. It was a bit difficult to maneuver a big truck. It was also a long walk back to the front as we did self parking. Valet parking is too expensive. As a female, if I were traveling alone, I would not feel safe at all. Not sure if we will use this facility anymore unfortunately.

We parked at this location for 6 days at a very good rate. Proximity and ease of getting to to the airport is the best. The hotel parking gated surroundings appear very safe and secure (not fenced, but gate arm requires a ticketed barcode to exit). Shuttle service was timely in getting us to the airport, although on return, we missed the last midnight shuttle due to flight delay. Had no issues the entire 6 days other than when we attempted to scan the barcode to exit, it did not work; however, the hotel front desk quickly remedied the situation. Highly recommend this off-site airport parking location with no hesitation!

We picked this place to park our vehicle for our five day trip because the price was right, but as it turned out so was the location and overall experience. The hotel is gated and a little higher end than some of the other places that you can park your car. The personnel were all friendly and professional. The shuttle was clean and new and no wait time. On our way back we walked up to the shuttle terminal and walked right onto the shuttle. No wait time. The entire experience was seamless and we felt safe leaving our car there.
Only advice is to make sure you take a screenshot or print your reservation. They require that to park your car there. I almost couldn’t find mine and was panicked.

Sheraton Music City is always a great place to park. Valets are always amazing and friendly. Longest wait on a shuttle was 5 minutes. I have used this lot over a dozen times and have zero issues.

The price seemed slightly on the high side in comparison, but the service was good. There was an issue with broken and malfunctioning gates, but otherwise, I would choose to park here again if the price stays right.

We have booked Sheraton Music City on previous occasions and it has always been a dependable, efficient, and much more affordable experience than any of the BNA parking lots. We will continue to use the Sheraton Music City parking (if available) whenever we are flying in and out of BNA.

Azizah was most pleasant. She was there to great us with a smile on her face and gave us great directions in where to park. She deserves special recognition for her spirit of going out of the way to be helpful. Also the pickup was smooth and easy as well. Understandable directions when I called and upon walking up to the waiting area - there was the van. Perfect timing. He drove us right to our car in the long term parking lot at the hotel. Very polite and nice service.

Overall, great job! Shuttle runs every 30 minutes so if you are on the backside of that, it kind of stinks but at least you know.

Of course I didn’t plan on arriving in Nashville at 1am, my flight was seriously delayed. Because the shuttle service evaporates after midnight, it was a negative experience.
