The lot wasn't hard to find using the GPS; however, I do wish the location were closer to the airport. After a long trip, any delay seems like an eternity. Check-in/out was a breeze. I had to wait a bit when I got there, but it wasn't more than a few minutes. The online check-out meant my truck was waiting for me when I got to the lot. The only problem was the vegetation and the bug exoskeleton stuck to my truck. Other than that, everything was how I left it.

Great bunch of folks, doing the best they can with the construction site they are given. Currently the pick up point at the airport is under remodel and makes it a bit confusing on the return. But the parking area is great. Covered drop off and pick up, vehicle was warm and ready when I returned. I would definitely recommend.

The old saying that you get what you pay for rang true here. The discount made the parking about half of what the Long Term Airport Parking lot would have been. However, the nearly 1 hour to get my truck after getting in on a Friday afternoon quickly negated that discount. Multiple calls to the facility went unanswered and never returned. It appeared to me that they did not properly plan for a holiday weekend Friday afternoon, both for the additional traffic and not having enough staff on hand. I had to find my own truck and go inside and ask for the keys or I might have ended up spending the night. The two words that come to mind when I think about ever using this facility again is "Never Again".

I have used this location for 19 years and it has continued to degrade in service. This past trip was the worst. They had employees that did not show up and the shuttles were delayed. Four of us had to wait for a shuttle to take us to the airport even though there were 5 shuttles sitting there parked. On the return, it took 25 from my notification to get a shuttle to the pickup spot. There were 10 of us and they sent the smallest shuttle they had and we were packed in there like sardines. The driver opened the door and was on the phone. Very poor experience.

Both the gentleman who helped me when I dropped off my car as well as the 2 people who drove the shuttle were outstanding. My only concern is that I had paid about $20 per day and when I was delayed one day for airport delays I was charged $60. This is something that I will certainly research before choosing a parking spot before I book parking in the future.
