The only problem was we were not informed of the exact pickup location. It is across the street and around the corner inside the back section of the Hyatt Hotel parking garage. This is very convenient, especially if you need or want a hotel stay before or after your trip. It was was very nice to have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. After our trip it was terrific to take the shuttle to the hotel we’d booked to stay the night at and have our car right there. This is self parking at your own risk, but aren’t most places?

The Hampton Inn was more accommodating than expected! We were treated as guests and enjoyed breakfast, beverages, and restrooms.The shuttle arrived within 15 minutes to take us to BNA and was already waiting for us when we returned. The driver had a great personality and was very helpful with the luggage. We are booking again for September!
