10/06/2025 Name on fence is Apex, not Park AC. There is an additional $5 cost per day for an SUV (Hyundai Tucson which is not a big SUV), which we knew about because of reviews (and we called to confirm), paid when you check in. Staff was courteous. Shuttle is older but was fine. It’s a dirt lot and we waited for the shuttle by sitting in the trunk of the car. Upon our return, we called for pickup and were told 10-15 minutes, as they were driving another passenger. We waited less than 10 minutes. I would park here again without hesitation.

09/29/2025 They were ready and on point with getting us out to the airport wasn’t very far from the airport the pick up was done in a timing manner they couldn’t just grab me right away being they were dropping people off but the pick up was done well wait time wasn’t very long overall great experience thank you

09/26/2025 Actually, Park AC as a business does not exist. they use APEX Parking name now. So locating it is confusing. the person who we dealt with spoke broken English and had a bad attitude. He even charged me for a large SUV. and kept calculating incorrectly. 11 days instead of 10 (from 15th to 25th of month). I had no choice since I had a tight schedule.
Shuttle driver did not want to go to our terminal 4 because of rush hour. we had to take air train. we barely made it to gate in time.

09/05/2025 This is our second time using this service. On arrival there were several males sitting around laughing and talking. We were not told there was an additional charge based on the size of our car. That felt “sleazy.” The van used to take us to the airport was old and dirty.

When we returned the service was great. The van driver was there in record time. He even texted and called us. The van was new and clean. The driver was a mature man who clearly understood how business works. Wish this was the entire experience.

09/03/2025 I would have given you guys a 5star put was not pleased with the broken window glass in back seat of my wife’s car
After careful inspection I notice the left side window of the car was replaced “you see ford puts logo on their windows”
So YES! We did notice
We are grateful that you have replaced the window
However, we have to pay $31 to get the car clean in the inside
We have a a small family pet and a child and would have hate to think what would’ve happened if we not noticed or have left the glass there
As a business owner you should have been more responsible 1.owning up to it. 2.cleaning it up. Safety first

08/27/2025 Despite a number of negative online reviews I read after I booked my spot, I have to say my experience was very good. My family and I were picked up promptly and my car was ready for us when I arrived. The shuttle bus drivers were very nice. And the car was given back to me as I left it. Overall a good experience.

08/15/2025 This is now my go-to parking place for JFK. The shuttle has always been extremely fast with minimal wait times. My car is waiting for me when I get back. The lot is quite close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. The only downside is that it isn't very well signed and the entrance makes it seem sketchy, but I've always had a good experience.

The location is a tiny bit weird looking at first if I’m being blunt, but for the price + convenience, I’d definitely book with them again. They had one of the fastest shuttle services for pickup and drop off - I waited less than a few minutes each time. My car was in the exact condition I left it in, and they even had it perfectly ready by the time I was shuttled in. Likewise, my dashcam which always wobbles was actually fixed by one of the staff here. Amazing experience!

The shuttle was super fast arriving and leaving. The shuttle picked us up at the airport about five minutes after we called. The lot is close to the airport though it isn't well signed. I would park here again.

My flight was in the early morning, and the shuttle was taking too long to arrive, so I had to take an Uber to the airport. The customer service was great and upon my return to retrieve my car, there were no problems. My car was returned with no issues or damages. I would park here again, but I will not take or wait for the shuttle even though it's free if it's going to take a long time to get there and when it does, there's not enough space for the people waiting.
