First, this is not a self-park. They ask for your keys so they can shuffle cars around. I refused to hand mine over, but had already found a spot, so no issue there.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport because they are shared between Regal and MS Parking. Pick up took 25 minutes. Found my car blocked in, so I had to read the tag on the dash of the offending car, so the attendant could move it.

And to top it off, my car door was scratched. I will never use this place again.

You get what you pay for. This was a discounted rate and there is a reason.

Upon arrival, we had to follow a guy and park our own car. Then, we handed over our keys (to a facility that is not responsible for lost or damaged items). I was worried the entire time I was away on vacation.

We waited for over 40 minutes to ride the shuttle to the airport and nearly missed our boarding time. One couple gave up and called an Uber. The shuttle we were transported in had a fresh VOMIT smell!

I asked the other 10 people waiting if they've ever used this lot before. They all said it was their first time, and a few agreed it would be their last.
We loaded our own luggage into the shuttle. So, the beginning of our trip started awful.

Our return was a bit better. That's why I give 2 stars instead of 1. We waited about 20 minutes to get picked up. I checked in and the guy gave me my keys. He said my car was moved to the third row. It was nowhere near that, but I used the car alarm to find my car.
If you wnat to save $5/day and don't care about the other notes I cited, this is you place. If you want less stress and cleanliness, you may want to lok elsewhere.

Would not recommend. The shuttle is not every 10-15 minutes - more like every half hour. It took 30 minutes to come to take me to the airport - I was really worried about missing my flight. No one apologized for the wait, this seems to be their normal MO.

On my return, I used the provided link to request the shuttle but then missed it because it was labelled "MS Parking" - it lacked signage for Regal Parking. I didn't even find out that I should have taken the MS van until I called to ask when the shuttle would come - this wasn't on the webpage to request the shuttle, or mentioned to me. Again, it took a full half hour for the next shuttle to arrive (my total wait for the two shuttles was about 50 minutes). There is only one shuttle running at a time.

As others have reported, some customers do have to leave their car keys with the attendants. The cars are parked so densely that the staff need the keys to move around certain vehicles to get access to others – not a standard parking lot set up, and not like what the photos here show.

Wait time was minimal. Lot is a bit secluded but well-lit. I was traveling alone at night but felt safe. Price was very good. I have no complaints. Thank you for the good service!
