First, this is not a self-park. They ask for your keys so they can shuffle cars around. I refused to hand mine over, but had already found a spot, so no issue there.
Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to the airport because they are shared between Regal and MS Parking. Pick up took 25 minutes. Found my car blocked in, so I had to read the tag on the dash of the offending car, so the attendant could move it.
And to top it off, my car door was scratched. I will never use this place again.
